Nice. Friendly. Respectful. Politely answered all my questions. Patient with my bad hearing. Took care of my needs. Two days later my dog chewed up my meds. I called clinic. They gave me another prescription with no problems. I'll definitely use them again.

They say they are open till 6:30 but what they mean is that they promptly close at 5:20pm. Change the hours to show the public your real “operating hours”

Great staff and service but they either need some workshops on time management and punctuality and keeping “appointments”. Or else change the name to “Sixty Minute Clinic At Least.” I can’t manage my time if i fool with those that cannot.

Our insurance told us this is a walk in clinic. The blond woman at the clinic tells my husband to sign in and after he leaves all his information, she tells him, that no appointments are available. This was a complete waste of time, not to mention, why do they want all your info, when they know, that they can't see you anyway. BEWARE!

This place is a joke.Had a 3pm appointment arrived at 2:20pm. The first nurse was excellent. She got my height weight blood pressure and urinalysis done quickly. Was sending me over to her Nurse Practitioner. Didn't get the Nps name but she was a taller heavy set blonde woman who was very rude and should not be in this profession. I was sent home and was told to reschedule because my HEALTH HISTORY WASNT FILLED OUT!! It took 2 minutes to do!! They need to get rid of this NP. Definitely won't be going back!!

Unfortunately the NP would not see me even though there was no one waiting or being seen at my arrival. They opened at 9:00am and I arrived at 9:08am I was informed that they were completely booked and that they would not be able to see. The NP also violated my HIPPA rights by asking me my condition out in the open reception area for everyone to hear. I expected more from a health professional. Just don't go here since appartently even though they advertise walk in visits forget that

Took my daughter there. Scheduled online. We got in right away. Amber was very thorough and walked us through the store to get medicines and explained them to us. You won't find better customer service at a doctor's office. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Both my fiance and I went in, we have the same sinus infection. Amber only spent 10 minutes to test us for Step Throat and then told us there was nothing she could do for us because it came back negative and told us to get tested for COVID. (COVID WAS NEGATIVE). I've now been home all night with a fever, I am pregnant, and we have gotten worse and she didn't do a thing for us. Charged my fiance $184.00 just to tell him to go see another doctor for a couple hundred dollars if he got worse. We will never be going there again. We spent over $200 for NOTHING.

Kathy was punctual, patient, and very pleasant in helping me deal with allergies and a sinus infection.

Very disappointing experience. I had scheduled an appointment (ahead of time) for my son, showed up early, the nurse practitioner advised me that they were running 45 minutes behind so we waited. Almost an hour later she tells me that they weren’t going to be able to see my son. Not professional at all! Zero respect for people’s time.

Terrible service. We drove 40 mins to get to this location that we’d scheduled an appt for two days prior. Amber refused to see my daughter and literally walked out of appt because my wife had booked the reservation under my son’s name (instead of daughter) by mistake. Apparently they don’t hire people intelligent enough to use a computer and change a first name. So sad..this setup has the potential to be great but when you have unintelligent robots running a facility the end result will be failure.Asked for customer service number to report our experience and was given an automated phone number. Shame on you CVS for your poor service and lack of management when it’s needed most.Do better CVS!!

This is where I always go to get my flu shot, I need the privacy of the office since I tend to get woozy when it comes to needles. The nurses/pa's have always been very professional and understanding..always have a great experience

Came to cvs minute clinic because it’s Advertised as being cheaper than Urgent clinics. My son had an ear infection last week that cost $89. Came back a week later for the same issue that has become worse. The PA performed the exact same exam of checking both ears. This visit cost $139. I asked why it was higher this time. She said it’s calculated by the system based upon the exams she inputs. I said she did the exact same exam as last time. The only difference is she prescribed 2 different medications this time. It shouldn't cost $50 to enter a 2nd medication into the system. I will not be returning to cvs to be seen by a PA if the cost is relatively the same as seeing a dr at Carenow or a primary care physician at the family Dr office.
