“I’ve been buying groceries from this store my entire adult life. Today was the first day I tried the Brookshire’s SELF check out. I am not happy. Why would Brookshire’s aspire to be like Walmart, Albertsons, Etc.? I loved that everyone knows you, and they also should know that this complaint was coming. Tomatoes have a code that is microscopic to see. Or look up… NOT. You have a full cart and a foot of space to scan place items in bags and put back in cart. Then take them out to the car. Then bring cart back to the store. If we have to do it ourselves we need cart return stations outside. I’m going to find an H E B. At least I expect to be disappointed. I might as well move my prescriptions to somewhere else to. Sometimes changes are not for the better. You ruined my hometown store.”
