Favorite place to shop for fireworks. You get to fill your shopping cart and take time to browse everything they have. A much better experience than feeling rushed at the stand.

This year I drove from Longview to SpringTown for the 4th and stopped at half a dozen large firework shops along the way. I found many of the same products across multiple stores and was able to make pretty good comparisons.
The prices at Nelson’s were definitely the highest of the places I visited. The selection was decent. My biggest issue was the teenager sales staff. They were polite enough to people’s face but I overheard the group of young boys repeatedly berating customers and bragging about suckering people into upsells when they thought no one was nearby. They need to learn a little professionalism. Needless to say, that put me off making a purchase.
(FYI the BEST prices were at a place called Renfro’s in Lindale and second best was Jake’s in Athens. For example, Nelson’s has “The Max” assortment for $1099. Renfro’s has it for $699. This is typically of the markups I saw between the two)

They had everything you could possibly want. Went on a Tuesday, and the staff helped out. Their options were unlimited.

Oh how do I love this place! They are in an AC wearhouse, with machines that will show you how the firework works! They also have bathrooms!!! One of the best fireworks places I've ever been in. Some great prices too!!! Less expensive than most!!!

Excellent selection, prices were good, loved the scan and display firework option in the isles before you purchase. Super easy friendly and spacious.

Cool place to walk through, aisals of fireworks. As soon as I walked in I was greated by smiling happy people. They have alot from the classics to huge aerials, even quiet fireworks. I kept it more low key by getting mostly ground level stuff like fountains and things that pop. I drove 20 miles to get there and it's well worth it.

All I can say is WOOOOOW!!...THIS STORE IS AMAZING!!..Haven't bought fireworks for the 4th of July in over 5 years and as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm and comfortable Welcome from Charles and his awesome cool dog. My name is also Charles, so we had a few laughs about that as well. Any questions I had he answered and also gave me detailed information on all of the products...he was very patient and thorough, no signs of irritation, and showed me videos on EVERY single firework I was interested in purchasing.? lowest prices on top of that! I drove around from 12pm to 9:15pm looking for a good place, so if your reading this, save yourself the time and gas trying to look around and just GO HERE!!
