We were the only Mexicans in the store and we were also the first ones in line. I just wanted him to check my battery and he told me that the person that checks the batteries is outside. After that person came in, both of the workers decided to just help other customers instead of us, the people that were in front of the line. I’m so disappointed because I’ve been a customer of Oreillys for years. I don’t understand why they let people like that on customer service. I don’t want to be rude but don’t go to this Oreillys, this establishment really sucks

I want to start by saying how please I was with the manager at the Azle, Texas store for helping me. But I am quite upset with the young lady who only argued with me and refused to listen to me. James quickly made his way up front and very quickly helped me. She needs some lessons in simple kindness and basic customer service. She was completely wrong in her assessment of my request and didn’t even bother to stop and listen. She just leaned back crossed her arms and refused to listen to me. Which quickly got me upset. The older gentleman that was working there was trying to tell her I was right as well but again she refused to listen. I hope no other customers have to go through the rude disrespectful treatment I got from this young lady

They have always taken good care of me until today when they made me go to Lake Worth, for something that I don't even know, he took the time to look it up on the computer, he just looked at me and said there isn't any, I waited a while in line for nothing, I knew that If they had them, why ask them at the other store,

James and Braden are very knowledgeable associates. These two guys aren’t just there to type the parts you need on the keyboard, their eagerness is evident in helping you solve your automotive problem and will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied as a customer.

waited about 5 minutes to get parts and I left. Only 2 employees (normally theres more) waiting on people and both of them on the phone with customers, plus customers standing in line. I left and went to autozone for a MUCH faster experience

O'Reilly tested my truck, said I needed an alternator, $190.75.Installed at shop $300+, truck wouldn't start. Instead of alternator it was the starter $$. Bought and shop installed starter. Got my truck back,went to O'Reilly. Josh at O'Reilly resolution was for me to pay the shop to swap out new one with the old one & he was credit me the alternator. Unbelievable bad people skills. Hey Josh, you should have started the conversation with an apology!O'Reilly 's cost me over $500!
