I’ve banked with a small mom paps bank for years until they were bought out by a big one. Then last year we financed our home with Prosperity. I’ve never seen customer service like the way Prosperity Azle had given us through our home loan! I decided to move my personal, and business accounts to them. I tell you it has been the best decision I’ve made! Any time I have any issue I give them a call, and my problems are solved over the phone. Kim, Wendy, Tiffany are top notch!

If you you’re a business man who’s moved to the area on the lake approaching retirement seeking a bank more conveniently located; with plans to liquidate and deposit millions in assets in capital gains as well as close accounts and deposit comparable funds that have been on deposit in other banks for 30-years. don’t waste your time with these guys. The final insult when i inquired about opening a secondary business account was “we don’t do business accounts for attorneys.” REALLY? For a 30-year established firm with multiple attorneys; office building (paid for); top-tiered Dun & Bradstreet and Lexis Ratings ratings and millions in annual revenues? REALLY? If there is a way not to be personally and professionally insulted by that I sure can’t think of it. This is a bank that doesn’t know how to act when a potential customer like that comes walking in. I doubt they’ve even seen let alone read the Uniform Commercial Code. This is a low hanging fruit kinda bank. Where it comes to banking these guys are rank amateurs.
