I have banked here a good while and have always been treated wonderful. The customer service is impeccable! Tiffany, Branson, Ashley, & Kim always put a smile on my face as well as take care of all my banking needs. I recommend this Prosperity bank.

It's pretty sad in this day and age. Where you cannot even ask for change at the bank without that account. I guarantee you. I will never open that account with this location. Just had backsurgery asked for some 5. They said no account, no change. They will never get any of my accounts even though I live in the area now I'll drive to fort worth before I'll deal with these people.

1.Finally just got Zelle after 2/3yrs of being with them.2.Soooo slow!!!3. Any kind of transfer is slow.Drive through is soooo slow.Only used drive through twice; once I was the only 1 there and I sat there for 4 minutes without a “hello or be right with you” I ended up going inside just to see the teller girls just talking and laughing. I know 4 min doesn’t seem long but when you’re sitting there with nothing to do it feels like forever. 2nd time I drove up; there was 1 person who was still trying to fill out a slip and was asking questions about a slip on what to write on it. Here I am with pre-filled withdraw slip and I.d. Ready to go, sent the info w/out hesitation and I had to wait 30 MINUTES for my stuff(couple k) meanwhile the other person who wasn’t ready had LEFT Before me(who was being helped by another teller)!! To top it off I said I wanted the withdraw from the SAVINGS and they used my checking instead!! Lol this place is a joke! Only reason I have kept them for 3 yrs(moved 2 Azle) is because I never had to withdraw money and thought if I ever needed cash it was better than driving the distance to my other bank. I am leaving this bank and if I ever need cash I’ll make the drive or go to an ATM and pay the Fee even if it takes me 2 days to withdraw the amount. I will not sit there that long ever again!!!

I went in with my mom today because she was rejected for not having a bill or state driver’s license with our address. We are new to the state. Driver’s license require an appointment which we can’t get until December. I went in with our home taxes and she had her vehicle registration with new address and with Wa ID and we were still turned away. You let business walk out twice. That’s just d**** We found a bankacross the street with the same 3.9 that was happy to help.

I started this account in Flower Mound Texas. They shut down this past year. I never had a problem. But in Azle, Tx, I get charged the next month for $20 for supposedly an insufficient. Again this month on July 5th, I was charged again $20. My work deposit was last Wed. Night for Thurs. Not credited until Tuesday July 5th. Why would I be charged a fee with money in my account???? So I will be closing my account soon with this bank. This is bank fraud. And not the 1st time...

This bank is great! Kim, the Manager treats customers like family. Branson is awesome too. My folks have been customers for over 20 years and are elderly. They have always appreciated this bank and now I do too!

Very friendly and helpful staff but they will close out your savings account if you dont put money in your account on a regular basis my son had almost a thousand dollars in his account and the closed it out for being in active

Have banked here 10 years and the only problem I have is that there is not a location in Decatur close to my job. I have to get off early if I want to go to the bank.
