The man is rude, AFTER waiting a hour to get nails, she started them, i also wanted my toe nails just re painted, and I asked the price as she was doing my nails . The lady said $10 so I was okay with that and told her yes, he over heard us talking/asking and he loudly interrupted and stated the lady wouldn't have time and cannot paint my toes after finishing my nails.... Like how do u tell a customer NO when it's there time for service, well he did and I won't be back!!!! Apparently you can't get more than one thing done at a time here!!

I've been going here for about a year and have always had great service. Adam does a wonderful job on my nails and have been very pleased with the pedicures I've gotten from other nail techs. ? Recommend making appointment, if possible. They get super busy and the wait could be long.Services: Acrylic nails

The worst pedicure I have ever had. I asked her to get my ingrown out and she didn't. In fact I got an infection and 2 weeks later I had to go get another pedicure just to get them taken care of. What a waste of money.. not to mention I asked to have my eyebrows waxed and didn't get it done even after the acknowledgement. I will never go back and will not recommend them to anyone..Service: Pedicure

I had a great experience here today! Tina did a pedicure for me and was very thorough. Kim did dip nails for me and also was very methodical. They turned out great! I will definitely be back here. Not a fancy shop but very good people!

The absolute worst pedicure I have ever received. I ask for the deluxe pedicure. I asked my lady on 5 different occasions to cut my nails as short as possible... she never did what I asked her to repeatedly. I thought well she is afraid to use the clippers, so when she started filing, i asked again would you please make them shorter.... she said ok, ok, and filed each direction twice. She left at least 1/8in of nail that could have been removed or filed down. Then when it came time for the hot rock and exfoliation she made two passes with each and the massage lasted almost 3 minutes. The callous removal...well I will let the photos speak for themselves. Absolutely the WORST ever!! Tried to talk to the manager before I paid and left but he was too busy and left without speaking to me.

WORST NAIL SALON!!!! If I could give zero stars I would!! Not only are my mothers and my daughters nails horrible. They were treated so poorly by the owner! The owner was flat out mean to my mother who is in a wheelchair and refused to do her nails unless she got out of her wheelchair!! She has severe spinal stenosis! She felt humiliated and intimidated! I called to discuss the situation and request a refund the owner himself told me he didn’t care and I could write whatever review I wanted. This man is a vile human being! The nails are awful, but it’s his cruel behavior to a handicap person that has my blood boiling!! He needs to be reported to Texas Cosmetology Board and that is exactly what I am going to do! I hope he never has the opportunity to treat another disabled person with such disrespect!
