I lived here for two years and have zero complaints. The privacy provided at this park is very unique given that the park is about 200 yards off the road, down a gated driveway. The park is well maintained and the option of covered lots is a big plus. For anyone looking for a great place to park, look no further.

We lived here for a year after we sold our home & were in between places. It was a quiet & peaceful place, which is what we wanted. We liked that it was much smaller than most of the other parks. It being gated & so far back off the road gave us peace of mind for the kids to play outside. Weldon was super helpful & always very responsive. Definitely recommend!

Nice quiet location away from the road. People are basically laid back and BBQ type small family. Not recommend for little kids but not saying you couldn't make it work it's just quiet and more adult orientation.

My husband and I have really enjoyed our stay here. It is a peaceful place to relax. Being up on a hill you can see for miles. The Fourth of July was amazing. The owner is very friendly and quick to respond to any need you might have. We are going to miss the nice breeze when sitting outside.
