Do not shop here, they will rip you off. They will not refund or replace anything even if you haven't left the store yet, there is no sign posted. Manager told me oh well it's our store policy.

They usually open late & close early. Supposed to open at 9 But sometimes have to wait till 10 or 11…. Annoying

I went in to buy pipe tobbaco. I wanted a large bag,12 to 15 oz ,all they had was a 1.5 oz pouch, I figured 4 or 5 $ each I bought 2. Could not hear the clerk got home saw receipt he had charged mydebit $28.00.

Went to the one in azle,will never go back.I bought some gummies,when I opened them that night they were completely melted. Took them back only to be told its their policy you can't return opened packages. He stated u could pry them out of the pckg. and cut a piece off.Way to care about your customers!!!!

Rip-off artists - They misrepresented a product, telling me an unlabeled vape liquid was mint flavor... it wasn't. Said he'd sell it for $20, but actually charged me $25. Upon return, he lied and insisted he'd charged me only 20 bucks. Since no receipt was given (which another reviewer also mentioned), they conveniently remove all proof of the sale amount. They refused to refund my money. Their prices are outrageous anyway, but worse still is that they blatantly deceive and cheat customers.
