Care was fantastic from the time we walked in the ER to on the floor our nurse Pam, and and Ashlee were very attentive, I came in a skeptic and walked out of fan and highly recommend this facility, we were Well informed of all treatments and medications. It’s obvious The employees here take great pride in this facility kudos to management

Absolutely, hands down THE best Texas Health Hospital I've been to in my 60"ish" years! Hubby was bitten by a copperhead snake and from beginning in ER all the way through his ICU visit, he was treated quickly, respectfully and given their full attention. Melissa in the ER was AMAZING and knows her stuff! Attentive, informative and caring from the minute we hit the ER dept. Brittany in ICU was top notch in her field and super accommodating and very helpful in helping us work our way through the Crofab learning experience! Every nurse, doctor and staff were amazing and there is definitely something to be said about a small town hospital. I hope you never have to make the dreaded drive to any ER but to know the residents of Azle have this phenomenal facility with such dedicated staff, is such a blessing to the area! Being a rural facility, these amazing folks are very knowledgeable about snake bites and we knew immediately that we were in great hands!

I took my hubby there for what we think now was really bad food poisoning.. but at the time we didn’t know anything, long story short, they were over packed with patients they don’t have enough rooms in the ER and OMG it was so dirty.. the doctor was very nice the staff was OK.. but that place is gross!!! Filthy they need a lot of updating and a vending machine.. I was so thirsty and had to leave my hubby while I went and got a bottle of water at the nearest gas station/ QT.. that place is an embarrassment..

Only leaving one star because I have to. I was seen at the er at the Azle location by “Doctor” Andrea Segue Andrews. I’ve never had a doctor be this dismissive and uncaring or make me feel stupid or crazy like she did. It was an all around horrible experience but she was the worst part of it. I was stuck in a makeshift tiny cubicle with 2 chairs. I was never taken back to a room. I was sent back for a ct scan of my head/ear and sent back out to the tiny uncomfortable cubicle. I figured, surely, the “doctor” would come back and talk to me. That’s not what happened. Instead, a nurse walked up with discharge papers and a prescription for blood pressure medication which is not even why I was there. I haven’t been able to hear out of my left ear for 2 weeks and I’m dizzy, nauseated, and now I feel the pressure radiating into my jaw and into my head, running fever, and a headache that won’t go away. I was sent home early from work last Friday due to all of this and went to a different er in Decatur. They diagnosed me with a severe middle ear infection and put me on antibiotics and steroids. It has not improved so I went in today to Texas Health in Azle and this was my experience. I was booted out the door having only seen the doctor once for less than 3 minutes with absolutely no answers and she treated me like I was stupid. That’s one bill I won’t be paying because the care I got was terrible and the hospital is filthy on top of that.

It’s 2024 and this hospital continues to receive terrible reviews. One might think there’s a reason.
If the hospital is still as bad as it was for us years ago, maybe the Residents of Azle should start a petition and get the State of Texas and Law Enforcement involved and get to the bottom of why this hospital has such a bad reputation. I’m seeing way too many bad reviews of this place.

This hospital was so wonderful. My mom just passed away there yesterday in room 120 and the nurses were so caring and attentive. They let me stay with her all night and snuggle in her bed with her. Words just can’t explain how sweet all of the nurses were, and how much they helped me through the process. Gosh I miss my mom so much but I know she isn’t in pain and suffering anymore

This hospital needs to step into the 21st century. Old and outdated. Slowest check it registration process I’ve seen since 1990. One lady to check it 15 people. I couldn’t make an appointment for my spine Exray ordered the day prior by my surgeon. I was made to wait an hrs to check it with 3 compound fractures in my spine. I will never go back to this hospital

Only giving one star because I have to in order to leave a review.This hospital is the dirtiest hospital I've ever seen. Several patients in ICU with sepsis.ICU nurses have No Bedside manner and are flat out rude. Several times I witnessed an ICU nurse not wash her hands between patients. As a matter if fact I had to tell her to wash her hands before touching me.If you have an emergency, and end up here. I feel sorry for you. Do everything you can to get transferred.Your outcome will not be good here.

Three months ago I had a h eart attack while being see for a different problem in the ER. I was Careflighted to downtown Harris and was taken directly to the operating room where a Stent was placed in my heart opening a 70% blockage.I never thanked yall for saving my life.

This was the worst hospital we've ever been to,my wife came in with a cyst on here lower stomach,they gave here medicine at 5 o'clock and said it was to calm her before procedure,they came back at 10 o'clock after medicine stopped working,the doctor asked the nurse if he'd numbed her yet she said no he was so all over the place he acted like he didn't know what he was doing,then he left again for a phone call comes back a half hour later and just stayed her with no warning with the needle in one place and ten seconds later cut into my wife without looking were cyst ws.she was not numb yet and she felt the whole procedure.he was ruff and brutal,the next morning my wife couldn't move and was in more pain then what she came in for,we are going to a different hospital to see if the cyst is still there and if he cut something he shouldn't have,I will never go back to this hospital again they don't care about there patients they just want money,charged us 5 grand by the way for a small 10 minute procedure,I will seek legal action if he hurt my wife,well see soon.

Absolutely awful!!! If I could do 0 stars I would’ve. Not to be the person who pulls the race card but we and my fiancé (a Hispanic couple) we were waiting in the waiting room for an hour and a half after we told them he may have appendicitis. They then proceeded to take back every other person who was not a person of color even the ones who came In after us for simple things like a headache and pain that was a 2 over my fiancés pain that was a 9. They treated us absolutely disgusting. When I would ask how much longer because he started to get worse they would just say “I’ll ask” and never update us. We came to the one down town after waiting so long and even with about 50 people in the waiting room we were seen in 15 minutes.
