Been calling and calling and no response. I'm expecting two important packages that haven't arrived, yet says delivered and nobody is answering the phone. Should've used a better company.

First time using this UPS drop off location. Associate was friendly and had me going on my way in under 5 minutes. He was upfront about not being able to print receipt but that it would be emailed within 10 minutes. I got my confirmation almost immediately. I recommend this location if it’s a quick drop off. FYI, if you are looking to use supplies to ship know that there will be extra charges. “No free tape” and now you know.

The place had a welcoming atmosphere, the fee was reasonable. The employee assisting my family in a Notary matter, that required several signatures, was absolutely amazing and very accommodating to our needs.Would strongly recommend this place of business.
