the bald employee with the shaved head is rude, condescending, and doesn't greet customers.

The postal drivers on this block are the worst in the system never picking up the mail when I have a red flag out

Im never going here again. For anything. I had an appointment to get my daughter’s passport. We were a little late due to vehicle trouble and having to switch vehicles. Life happens. I had a feeling we would no longer be accepted for our appointment. I was right! But the lady still took our paperwork and stood there quizing me about my daughter’s “father”. AFTER I TOLD HER SHE DIDNT HAVE ONE. She continued to ask question after question about it IN FRONT OF MY LITTLE GIRL (4). Drilling me! And proceeded to tell me she couldn’t get a passport without a dad! I didn’t know having a father was a requirement for a passport!

I had a package that had been misplaced between a USPS shipping partner. It was eventually found and shipped to the azle center, even though it isn't my city. Ii was able to get the phone number to the actual business to see if I could get my little tree that had been in the mail for over 10 days and tried calling numerous times over the course of a couple of hours. They never bothered to answer any of them.

This is the friendliest, most helpful post office I've ever been to. We just recently moved to the area and I am glad that this is our local post office now.

The absolute worst! I went in today to get 2 postage paid envelopes and was told they were out. What post office runs out of postage paid envelopes? He said they had regular envelopes but no stamps. Um, can't you print postage there? Then he says....NEXT! Total waste of my time. I've never heard of a post office running out of stamps either, that's like their #1 thing. Bizzare.

One star is too much.
We came into get passports we were in no hurry to get them. This place was dead only one person ahead of us. As soon as we walked in the door Ester scolded my family including kids and rudely said I was hoping y’all didn’t show up while she was working with someone else. That’s how we were greeted. I thought my husband knew her and she was joking until he said. Do you know her?
Our appointment time said 10-11 we arrived 15 mins early. Apparently, there’s a yellow sign on the door and we were supposed to fill out an application. We missed it and that was our fault. She gave a very rude sermon saying we only have 15 minutes for this appointment or I would have to reschedule. And pointed at the door along with a bunch of other signs at the door basically telling us we need to learn how to read. I told her this was our first time and she said that’s what they all say. Lol
Like , I’m guessing she’s rude to everyone. Considering we were early and the place was dead it just seemed like she didn’t want to help us in any way. Like I said previously. We weren’t in any hurry to get these and just trying to figure it all out. I was more than happy to reschedule and not inconvenience anyone. But she made sure to run us out the door. It’s not worth coming here and dealing with someone being so hateful.
Based on others reviews I’m so thankful we chose to go somewhere else. It’s not hard to be kind.

I am very disappointed with the mail carriers in our town. We recently received our son's soccer photos, and they were shoved into our mailbox, completely bent up. This has happened multiple times with school and sports photos, despite the envelopes being labeled “fragile” or “handle with care.” Is it really too difficult to simply leave them on the doorstep? This careless and lazy approach is frustrating and unacceptable.

I just wish I could still afford to mail cards to my family and friends.
But I live on Social Security and it isn't
enough.

I am at a business that opens at 10am. Post Office tries to deliver a package for Amazon at 9:53 and it is considered a failed attempt. So now I do not get my Amazon order. The postal service knows this business opens every day at 10am. Could not even wait 5 mins. I wish Amazon vendors would stop using USPS, not the first issue with USPS.

Absolutely incompetent. Tried to apply for a second passport and they didn't even known that was a thing. Now I have tonwait a month for an appointment in Fort Worth because these people don't know what a Ds11 is or how to file it.

I didn't say anything the first time, but it has happened again....Delivery of my package, from Amazon, done through USPS - mail was put in mailbox, package was tossed next to the wooden 6 ft. fence, about 10 feet away from mailbox/road. If it won't fit in mailbox, are they not supposed to take it to the door? Not to mention it has been raining. Now I wouldn't complain except my home is 300ft off the road, and I have no clear visual of my mailbox from there.Anyone driving by could have stole it. Not even a picture for proof of delivery was given, nor did my informed delivery say a package was in today's mail.
