“My family has always taken our pets here and will continue to do so as long as the doors are open despite living in Euless. Staff and doctors are AMAZING. My German Sheppard is terrified of the vet, but they always work to make her feel safe and comfortable during exams. I’ve gone to other places where they have had to muzzle my dog, but their patient care is so great at Eagle Mountain Vet Clinic that everyone stays safe during the exam without the need of a muzzle! Could not recommend it more highly.”

“The front desk was super nice to me and patiently answered all my questions over the phone. They were able to offer a same day appointment so that my dog could be seen for her allergies. Brianna and Dr. Dundas were so easy to talk to and helped me understand what options were available. I appreciate everyone’s help at this clinic!”

“Words can’t not describe how amazing this vet is! The whole staff is extremely friend and knowledgeable. It is so hard to find people who genuinely care about your pets and aren’t just after your money. Dr. Thompson will sit and explain things to you in great detail and hear every concern. I take all three of my pets to him and will never go anywhere else! Pricing is great too!”

“Very kind and patient people that work here. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I brought in my cat Katsu for an appointment and they were kind to give him treats to get him out of his bag and not force him. They did a check up and went over any of my concerns I had. The medicine they gave me for his pain relief wasn’t expensive and I did the $25 for the first check up which helped me get great service. Definitely coming back.”

“The entire staff and doctor were wonderful! Sadly, I had to make the difficult decision to put my 18-year-old cat to sleep. Their compassion during this time meant a lot to me. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a vet who genuinely cares for their clients.”

“I'm a new customer, but have been happy with the care provided for my senior cat so far. Great hours, but you should note they are closed at lunch. Small waiting area if you have a reactive pet, but they direct you to an exam room as soon as they are able. Everyone I met was very nice even when I called before 8 to set the initial appointment the lady I spoke to was awesome.”

“The Banfield location in Lake Worth, Texas continues to be amazing—they are always helpful and informative and take the time to call and discuss concerns and plans for treatment. They allow me to drop off my dog in the morning and pick her up later in the day rather than wait with her.”
