“Kind & patient staff!Dr took the time to educate this anxious & frightened pet owner, & he also took the time to give helpful, detailed instructions on administering meds at home that my sick kitten required. I was touched he cared enough to spend the time giving me EXTREMELY valuable information (I learned a LOT during our visit) & also reminded me to remember the difference in cat & human perspective. His demeanor eased my anxiety & I felt better leaving the appointment despite my kitten needing ongoing treatment b/c this clinic obviously cares not only about the animals, but also the people who bring them in.The lady at the front desk was warm, gentle, & solution focused. I definitely recommend this business & take comfort knowing my kitten has a knowledgeable & caring staff looking out for her.”

“I cannot say enough about how caring and kind the folks at this office are. While so many other offices seem like they try and milk every cent you have for your animals this office gives it to you straight. My Sadie is finally able to rest and play again thanks to them. If you’re in the area Eagle Mountain is the only good choice.”

“Everyone at Walnut Creek Veterinarian Hospital are the nicest people you will ever meet. Our Baset has Addison Disease it took a while but Dr Barone figured it out and had no problem treating him. He gets a Zycortal shot once a month and Prednisone pill every day .He's kinda expensive but we sure are attracted to him.”

“Dr. Sultemeier and staff are great. We recently had to say goodbye our dog Heather quite unexpectedly. A couple of days later I met with Dr. S to donate her medications to those less fortunate. When he walked into the room he cried over our loss. His car and compassion are second to none.”

“I can not say enough great things about this clinic! My dog, Fed Ex, is almost 12 years old and I trust no one but the staff at VCA Lakeside with his routine care and even when the occasional emergency pops up. He also loves seeing Morgan for grooming and the boarding kennel has met my expectations every time I have to go out of town. The staff from the rock star front desk ladies, to the techs, Doctors and wonderful manager Tara are beyond amazing at this clinic. The care and attention to detail that they show not only myself but my dog is A+. I refuse to go anywhere else!”

“On the 1st visit for my kitten I was welcomed and treated as if he was as important as a long time patient. After just the 1 visit he's doing wonderful. I appreciate so much the kindness and expertise we received.”

“My wife and I had to have our Tato put to sleep. This was not an easy process, but the staff went far beyond to offer support for my wife and I. Truly A+ service.”

“I love the report cards provided after our dog's boarding or daycare stay. Being able to add-on other services like nail trims, cuddle time, or baths is big plus! Booking through the online system is kind of clunky and I usually prefer to call instead. They are priced a little higher than other places, but we can trust them with our girl which is what matters most.”

“I appreciate the level of personalized detail we are always treated with. They have been taking care of our fur babies for years. I know they are in good hands whenever I take them in for check-ups, vaccines, any anything else.”

“Wonderful, We took my baby, my siamese kitty Bella because she had a serious tail injury. They diagnosed her with "pulled tail".She was treated quickly, with lots of attention from the Vet. My kitty that is normally stressed to be anywhere but home, was calm and relaxed when I picked her up. She has almost recovered full use of her tail. We love our vet. The clinic front desk lacks alot though, recently I went in to get catfood, I decided to stop and make an appointment for Bella. I walked up, the girl was not busy. She totally ignored me. Not one word. I checked my watch, I stood there over 30 seconds without even a greeting. I said hello to her, and she held up her finger waving it at me. I walked away. I now make my appointments online, sad that she gets away with it, I wish I would have got her name.....oh well. If Banfield wants to know, look up James Davis on Poe St., It was my last visit.”
