“This was my first experience with VCA of Saginaw, (well any VCA pet Clinic) if they are representative of the franchise they are doing a great job. The staff was friendly and professional. They got me in quickly(I did have an appointment) But, they were also taking walking in and working them in where they could. They evaluated my 2 girl dogs and gave them a clean bill of health, their shots and prescribed flea and tick treatment. They also discussed treatment plans and told me about their own pet insurance policy that seemed pretty reasonable. Thank you VCA for the courteous service we will be back.”
