Rodrick and Elizabeth were incredibly rude. Refused my questions, talked over me, interrupted me, refused their last names, threatened to cancel all my scripts if I asked one more question…. requested my Rx to be ordered in advance JIC which they didn’t do. Nor did they call and tell me that they didn’t arrive. I had to call myself and find out they had no idea when they’d show up. Somehow Rodrick’s line stayed open and I heard him tell his staff he was calling my doctor tomorrow because I was a “problem” and they won’t do business with me any longer (after I told him this already). He was too busy talking over me to hear anything t I said including the explanation to dispel his “anger””. I have never been treated like this, EVER, nor would I treat someone like that.

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever used. We have left this establishment empty handed, due to their mistakes, more than we have left with our meds in hand It's not just mistakes. They don't want to do even the most basic care. If your script isn't filled and ready for them to reach into a drawer and pull out, scan and move on, you are not getting your script. When my husband needed a emergency script of steroids, they held it up for a week insisting the insurance company wouldn't approve it and it turned out they put in the wrong information to the insurance company. I have at least a half dozen times been forced to go without my meds while we yet resolve another issue with them. Complaints go in one ear and out the other. They DO NOT care. I'm genuinely concerned for the welfare of those who use this branch.

I love my Walmart pharmacy Rosa and Hannah and some of the other girls are really good always has my stuff ready laughing and Hannah's been helping me a lot with my meds

Called two days ago for an update on my daughters prescription. Was told it would be in with their next order which would be the next day. I never received a text saying it was ready so two days later I call and ask what the status is and am told that they don't know when they'll get it in. Asked if it would be in this week and they said they had no idea. No help whatsoever and clearly do not care to really see when the shipment will arrive.

Rose is so nice! There was a long like and she was so patient to add my husband's new insurance, then remove it to use a coupon! I will def come back even tho it's a further drive!!

I realize Walmart is a congested place. But there are parking spaces marked for RX pickup. Sometimes people use those for reasons such as being disabled, sick or various reasons requiring outside pickup to be available to them. Most of the time those spaces are filled with empty vehicles as people park in the “closest space” for their own convenience. Recently a pharmacist told us if the spaces are filled to go ahead and park in the area used for outdoor sales items and our rx would be brought out to us. Today we were told that it was a “hazard” for them to bring it out to us unless we parked in designated spaces. Hubby is sick and I’ve recently had foot surgery. But I walked in anyway. Goodbye Walmart Pharmacy. Brookshires is just waiting for my business.

I went to refill a prescription, I asked if I could do it on the phone line and if it would take my RX number. The lady at the window, I should’ve got her name I remember her face. She said that their whole system was down, which was a big lie. The only system that was down was the text messages from Walmart. Then I asked who the manager was and they said it was Hannah. it’s not Hannah. it’s Roma Patel. I’m very disappointed with the customer service .If Roma Patel was there, this would have never happened!This happened September 13 at 12:05 PM.

My prescription was called in so I asked drop off if they needed anything from me. I was told no and that my prescriptions would be ready in 25 mins. I received a notification stating they were and went to pick up. After waiting in line I was informed that the pick up line I was waiting in was not the correct line, even though it had distancing stickers so I had to move to the “actual pick up line” with no stickers. This could have been fixed by blocking the line. After getting to the counter I was informed that my insurance was not in their system and asked to go back to drop off. At drop off I was told I was supposed to have a special RX card from my insurance not my regular insurance card, which I did not have to I tried to locate the information on the insurance app. After having no luck I decided to pay full price and was told I could be reimbursed if I came back in within 7 days. I then went back to the pick up window where I learned that they did not have all of my prescriptions. I mentioned that the line in question was full again and suggested they block it. The employee that checked me out was the one who make me go to the other line, laughed, and was rude on top of everything. I will not be going back. This location has horrible customer service and is severely disorganized. While I was there I witnessed other customers being sent to and from the drop off and pick up line. There has to be a better way. Thank goodness for CVS!
