These people are thieves they create scams and tell you of why are entitled to a certain divisible cutting and slashing parts and bitch of a tree down to a stump then you are scammed and told it will either be here in a few more days in a few more days or that has wound up somewhere else and I cannot find it they are liars and such as are used to promote financial gain

Considering it is similar to fast food joints, ie:quick and convenient, 1st convenience bank does what it is meant too. Sometimes it's a wait due customer needs, but really few complaints. Have always done right by me.

Inept bank- Opened an account with this bank, tried it for 90 days, and then closed the account due to problems with "bill pay" site, and general slow service at Azle branch. Called the help desk to close the account, and it took them 4 days to officially close the account, then another day to "mail" a cashiers check. Never received the check and after 22 days, 5 calls, and 5 different stories on where my reimbursed account check is. I am finally told that due to the fact that it is a cashiers check, they cannot "stop payment" for 90 days, by law, and that I will need to wait that much longer, then fill out a Declaration of Loss, and wait even longer to be paid the closed balance of my accounts. Would stay far away from these slippery bankers! They do business under multiple names!
