“I come to the south shore location to do most of my banking and Alejandro is always so friendly and delightful. Today I overheard an elderly member ask for him and the lady working told him he was on a call. The elderly man told the lady working what Alejandro helps him with and she was like we are no suppose to do that for you and at that moment Alejandro came in and she some what scolded him about it. I understand policy and procedure as I have them at my job as well but for elderly members helping them fill out a slip and them verify it and sign it is a nice way to help those who need just a little more support and guidance due to age. I appreciate people like Alejandro who take that extra step or help someone who needs it even though he might have gotten him in trouble. Alejandro keep doing an amazing job providing excellent customer service and experience cause that is what it is all about.”
“Upon arrival my husband and I were disappointed to see that in order to do transactions within the lobby you had to make an appointment. Our disappointment was met with overwhelming satisfaction by our transactions being handled via the commercial drive thru. Daniel the manager went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations by far. The Dickinson branch will be our home branch from now on.

“Me and my wife came in to open up a checking and savings account and also to apply for a personal loan everybody was fantastic I was greeted when I walked in and Mrs Johnson was an absolute dream to work with and also Mrs Leland I couldn't recommend more to opening up a checkings and savings account with this Bank/ Credit Union they really have your interest at heart and they do listen to what you have to say never have I ever walked into a bank feeling so much love and we also loved our custom bank cards that really show our personalities on our cards they print them right there in the office there's no 2 to 7 business days of waiting for your card to come in the mail which is a plus all in its own couldn't say more good things about this place wherever your banking now I suggest you and that account withdraw all your money and open up account with open land Credit Union an absolute wonderful experience again the people in there really do care about you no fake nonsense!”

And also later the same day I got a call from Amoco thinking I might of forgotten something but it was a call from Maria letting me know of accounts that needed to show some activity before a due date which I already knew and it made me feel that I mattered she took the time to remind me. And not only that she took the extra mile to take care of this issue for me over the phone and I didn’t have to make an extra trip there. Just can’t thank Amoco enough for having the right people in place and it all starts from the top.
