“I come to the south shore location to do most of my banking and Alejandro is always so friendly and delightful. Today I overheard an elderly member ask for him and the lady working told him he was on a call. The elderly man told the lady working what Alejandro helps him with and she was like we are no suppose to do that for you and at that moment Alejandro came in and she some what scolded him about it. I understand policy and procedure as I have them at my job as well but for elderly members helping them fill out a slip and them verify it and sign it is a nice way to help those who need just a little more support and guidance due to age. I appreciate people like Alejandro who take that extra step or help someone who needs it even though he might have gotten him in trouble. Alejandro keep doing an amazing job providing excellent customer service and experience cause that is what it is all about.”

“We began using them for one of our companies a few years ago. When there is an issue we have actually had management call our phone AND get a hold of us on Linkedin so that the issue could be resolved. I have never had this type of customer service with larger bank brands we have used in the past and appreciate our continuing working relationship with Frost. Their online banking also works very well. I will make a suggestion however, the segment that marks the type of expense on a statement should be showing on a financial statement, that and having an easily accessed ATM are the only two things I would change. But still overall the bank has been a pleasure and we thank Aric Owens for asking us for our business.”

“I had to change my bank location as my Wells Fargo Branch closed. I walked into the branch on West Main in League City expecting to be greeted by a computer console and an AI assistant. Instead I was met by Cyndy Welborn who invited me into her office and spent the next 45 minutes helping me resolve a credit issue. I didn't get the opportunity to meet the rest of the staff but if they are all as competent and caring as Ms. Welborn the Main Street location will become our new banking home.”
