“I called in to see if the had an air filter for my car. The gentleman was extremely helpful, they did not have one on hand but he was willing to order and have it in the same day. I was uncertain of the engine but he was still able to assist. They are always willing to help when I stop in”
“So… I love O’reilly’s. However, I wanna say that the “sales man” that came into our shop with his brochure today needs to get with the times. Him acting like women have no idea how to work tools was offensive. To the point I had to let him know, I’m the one that uses the tools in my house hold. My husband doesn’t need to hold my hand. Do better.”
“Becky was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I showed up 3 minutes before they closed! and Ms. Becky stayed back almost half and hour after they closed. She helped me select the right battery and even held my phone light over my engine bay as she directed me on how to remove and install a new battery. She was the sweetest for doing all that and I am truly satisfied.I’ll be going back to Becky at O’Reily’s over their nextdoor competitor any day!”
“Ther is a woman a( i believe her name is Audra??)who works the night shift who helped me when I went in the store looking for glue or some kind of adhesive(?) to fix the guard under my car as it was dragging .(massive road hump that's all I'll say... ?)my husband had to be at work(his new job) the following morning. Audra made a call and within 30 minutes her friend was there and he fixed my car. I will forever be grateful To Audra and Martin. It's not often I come across people who will go above and beyond to help a stranger unless beneficial in some way and I will forever be grateful for both of them. Whoever owns this store on bay area, should know they are fortunate to have an employee who genuinely cares about her customers. I'd seriously consider promoting this woman and if make sure she is paid very well . Employees like her aren't heard of anymore. I appreciate youAudra. “I am a disabled 73 year old lady I went there today June 5th I asked someone to come out and see if they could tell me why the light goes on on the dash of my car what's very rude I waited 15 minutes for someone to come out can I call back got a young man that was very nice and polite and he helped me out no thank you so very much”
