First time using this company and very happy with them. Great attitude, happy to provide service to my RV. Navigating the yard is tricky in a larger rig but happy staff really help. Check access on Google Earth or Street View to make sure you can get your rig through.

They only filled my tank half way. Then when my husband told them they completely dismissed him. The Father walked away from him and the son just flat out denied it and told him five other people had said the same thing previously! We were like, "IF 5 PEOPLE TOLD YOU THAT YOU ARE ONLY PARTIALLY FILLING THE TANKS THEN MAYBE YOU ARE ONLY PARTIALLY FILLING THE TANKS!"

Was stuck driving behind their propane truck through the construction zone in seabrook for several miles and the trucks exhaust let out black/grey smoke the ENTIRE time. My car was full of fumes and I had to pull over to air it out. Disgusting.

Bad customer service. They won't even give you a reason as to why they will not service you and most of all they hide the bad reviews on here so others don't read them.

Friendly people who still say merry christmas. Price was same as i pay from the dealer by my work. I expect propane to shoot up in price its like going to get cold and demands going up

Tank filled up in less than half the time I'm used to. Was raining and they ran out and got my tank for me, filled it up and put it back in my truck. Man inside was super friendly as well. Overall awesome experience...way better than tractor supply that wouldn't even fill my tank because it was raining. Thanks guys!

very rude and mean to vendors. Manager doesn't even want to deal with it just passes it on to Pam. and the first time you meet her she's sweet and asks you to come back later after remodeling and I gave them time and was popping in to follow up and give updates and she was the rudest can be. just negative about the business and her employees. can't imagine how they treat their customers.

First of all, this company is actually called BayTec Containers. I don't know why they're listed under Propane & Firewood on Yelp. That is strange in itself. I would not recommend this business in a million years. I purchased a Gas container online. The price was clearly marked on the web site. I made the purchase and received the confirmation email. The next day, I receive an email with an invoice for an additional $13.61. I called the company to ask about the invoice and was told there was an increase in price from the manufacturer. What kind of company does not have current prices reflected on their national web site. I mean, I wouldn't but something from Home Depot or Target or Walmart online, and then get billed for more money. I told them I wanted to cancel my order. They had already take the money from my bank account, but after the cancellation, I noticed the money had not been refunded to me. I called again and was told it take 5 business days to get the money back. So, they are super quick to take your money, just like molasses in giving it back. That is poor customer service if you ask me. There are PLENTY of places online selling the same item. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Went on 2-16-2021 they were the only place open and had a 40# bottle the guy only filled the bottle half way when i said something to him about it he laughed and said it cut off automatically it was full. That was not true at all i still had a full bottle at my trailer and got back and weighed both and i was exactly right I had paid for a full 40 # bottle that was half full. BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS PLACE.
