I switched carriers to cricket today and I have no regrets. Aurora went out of her complete way to help me with a frustrating situation. I never seen any carriers help me the way she did today. With her, I’m able to now functionally use my phone. Truly grateful. Highly recommend!! 🤗

The store next to them plays the music on the sidewalk so loud I can't go to the door of the cricket store. They are playing it over 85 decibels. I asked the cricket representative to ask them to turn it down and they boutique turned it up loader.
