The online renting experience was so easy and smooth. I called to view the unit, then I was sent a contract via email where I used docusign and rented it over the internet. All was so easy.
When I arranged to move out of my two units, Nishanth was extremely helpful and he made the process effortless. Thank you so much!!

Gates and front door not working the last two days! The signs say full access 7 days a week from 6am-10pm. A male person came out if the residence of I assume the onsite manager and was so very rude! Instead of hearing my concerns so he was so rude!! Told me just keep trying other gates and doors. And, I should just move out if I cant be more accommodating! REALLY?!

Great storage facility! I have rented at this location in the past and years later have returned. I like the security features this location has, and that actual people work there. The management stays onsite 24/7! Barb was amazing and so helpful my move in day! The office was closed but Barb opened up to help me out so I could get moved in ASAP. Much appreciated! Highly recommended facilty!

People that work there are very kind and help. Rose bent over backwards the day we moved our stuff into 2 different units. She brought the guys candy and water. Very clean and professionally run. Barb was a great help when Rose was off.
