I have had 3 separate repairs last year and in talking to a top mechanic at Walmart Auto center , he recommended Del Cid Auto repair. Said he doesn't work on his own vehicles he let's them do it. Alex , the shop manager has been on top of his repairs making the customer feel comfortable about all involved. Each repair has been completely different and all were done top notch. I'm glad to have them and so close by. Thank You Del Cid personnel ! ?

These guys are awesome, the dealership was charging a ridiculous amount of money to fix what they claimed an electrical problem in my car... These guys diagnosed and repaired my car in a timely manner.. And their labor rate is not super high like the dealership.. Best shop on the bacliff area I will definitely be using them again

The most honest mechanic I have ever encountered. I've taken both of my vehicles here for repairs and when other places would have over charged Alex and his mechanics did not. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else!

So, I do not give stars to businesses they earn stars in this case, I provied brand new parts and coolant, I (my poor truck) received a dirty used part. My truck is taking care of me very well, it deserved the best, If someone is taking advance of my kindness you must be ready for consequences. I asked Alex, Why there are black dots all over the parts? Answer was: Truck as soon as starts the fan spray oil to the parts that why looks like that.. I said, Thank you for explanations, I feel so much better now. 2. Why water dots all over the parts? Answer: The water from the system pour to the part, its a water pump anyway, its has to be go waters marks on it. I said that is impressive. 3. Why can not see the coolant? Answer: Because it sits all the way to the bottom never come back to the surface, we put water on top to hide the coolant. I said that must be the latest technology . That day I was wearing a hat, I did not check which hat was it I guess It was says DUMB and DUMBER. I just wanna make sure I am gonna be the last costumer they scam. If you still wanna go that place please use the sharpe to mark the part, make sure its installed. Plus they took my radiator fan and installed there shop trucks fan. I don`t know what else did they took from my truck. I don`t know.

Alex was like, this part needs special tool man, we payed that tool 2.000 dollars. Also area is very very tight, we use very skinny people to get it. Skinny people need special food. That’s why labor is very high. I told him man you need to find different tricks to scam people. This one is very old. Well KARMA is a bleach. Good luck.

Not only did they NOT fix the truck, which was overheating, but they managed to actually make it worse. They had the truck for 13 days and drained all the coolant out of the vehicle, broke the temperature gauge, and broke the air conditioning. We tried them because we had broken down in the Kemah area and saw their company. We were able to (barely) get it back on the island where we found someone who actually knew what they were doing. These guys may can change your oil with minimal damage to your vehicle, but I wouldn't chance even that.

Nice, professional folks here! The labor price was very fair and they didn't overcharge for the part either (trust me, I checked MANY places and even looked at buying the part myself first). Really happy with their service and skill. I'll be back to Delcid Auto for sure!

They drove us home while others worked on our truck. They stayed past closing to complete the repairs so we could get our truck back the same day. Everyone was nice, accommodating and professional. We will use them again.

I’ve taken 4 vehicles here and each time they do not disappoint! Each car was done in a timely manner, not like other shops that will delay you. Communication is great! They tell you exactly what’s wrong and how they fixed it, no beading around the bush. After having service done on 4 cars, this is definitely my go to mechanic shop! Totally recommend!
