For 2 years they have been selling Ice Cream that is melting. Ive complained to several managers who tell me corporate refuses to fix the freezer.
The law is very clear on this, all frozen items must be hard to the touch... here is melted inside the container.

I was in line while the manager was yelling at a man for forgetting to get a product. This shouldn’t have been a reason to yell at a customer for, not everyone is perfect. I can only imagine how she speaks to those who are disabled. Her actions were disgusting and inappropriate for a “manager”, she claimed “the line is long, you can’t be forgetting things, never do that again” and looked at her co worker and said “NEVER ALLOW THIS”. So everyone is supposed to be perfect? The man was so kind and apologized several times while she rolled her eyes. The line was NOT long, there was one person waiting behind us, even so, it’s a family dollar in bacliff it should never be that serious when it’s not even busy. Not professional, not kind, not understanding, absolutely disgusting and rude. If you don’t like working then stay at home. Don’t bring your problems onto others just because you’re unhappy.

Store is fine . Store manager sucks .she is snappy with the coustmers ,never smiles , you can ask for something ,she goes 2 it and glares at you .

Pamela was very rude and not very good with public service. I heard her screaming at one of the employees and made a rude remark whenever I moved something a lkttlye with my foot. Would not recommend and would recommend to avoid Pamela if you wanna have a decent day.

Carry a large variety. Great prices. Good customer service. Carries refridgerator and freezer foods. Cool what nots and reasonable prices. Closes at 10pm.
