“Great people and great employees. I had the drop a load off here. It was unloaded in a timely manner. The owner and his brother was very helpful. Look for to visit this place for personal shopping.”
“The people at the Pasadena,Texas location take good care of me and I'm a one-man operation. You don't usually find out a large corporation, but they do it.”
“Kevin and Clint were awesome. Excellent customer service, super friendly, treated me as though I was a long time friend. Really appreciate the service and fair prices, thank you!”
“I took my little ol CO2 tank to be filled, the gentleman brought it back to me and said it was at about 60% still. He could've filled it and charged me, but it didn't need it yet. Honesty is so hard to find, but so easy for PBI. Thank you.”
“I had a fantastic and quick experience at this propane station! I filled up my two 35-gallon tanks for just $50. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. I’ll definitely be returning for our propane needs in the future!”
“Sam and the front office lady are the best, I was going to show up after close and they stayed late to ensure I had propane before the cold weather arrived. Truly good hearted people, I would definitely suggest using bay gas, they deserve the business!!!”
“The staff at this location make renting a smple process. I generally rent a trailer to deliver equipment to my customers a couple of time per month. The staff in League City work to give you a great hassle free experience on every visit.”

“We have been buying 55 gallon drums from here for over 10 years. They are conveniently located and super fast with their service. They are also my life line when I lose my coarse threaded lids that you can't get at big box stores. They make you feel like you are at home and I enjoy going here. They always have space for me to park my truck when I have a tandem axle pressure washer trailer attached. This is also my go to when I need propane for my Toyota fork lift I have at the shop. The drum pumps they carry are also real handy if you don't want to wait to order online and you need it immediately.”
