“Hi I'm Verlicia I use Iron Storage since I have they have been helpful by alerting me by text or email reminding me of my upcoming payment as a courtesy to me so I will be on time with my unit payment and don't get a late charge this is a feature that's optional to have. When it was offered to me I thank them for the reminder feature because I can get busy with other things and people in my life that can make you forgetful of bills. There are some companies that just automatically charge you a late fee with out calling you it will be added in on your account payment due.
