Just wanted to say the lady that works the clerk she was so sweet and very helpful. A man was in there when I got there being extremely hostile to her and disrespectful and she handled it with class. She deserves a raise. ;)

Just received incredibly rude service from the clerk. I went in to buy stamps and didn’t see any in the front on display so I asked her if she had the stamps to buy, instead of saying “yes the are behind here with me” she said “Of course we have stamps this is a post office” in an very rude tone! She was being very short with me until the PostMaster stepped out then she started being nice. I don’t know if it’s because I am young and she thought it was acceptable to treat me poorly but this is not how a business should treat people weather it’s ran by the government or not. Clerk #8 on my receipt

I love this post office. The clerk gave me her name and I already forgot (sorry) but she was very friendly and helpful.

We've had a po box at the bacliff location for over 15 years. The last few years have been awful. Packages aren't put into my box in a timely manner ever. When I go ask for my mail from the front desk, I am at best met with rudeness and at worst I am told they will not get my mail for me. I will have to wait until the next day until they decide to put it out. I don't even care if they didn't have time to put it in my box yet, but if I ask, I feel like they should get it for me. It doesn't take much time or effort at all. I think they just don't like me because I do a lot of my shopping online lol I hope it will change soon

I'm 67 and disabled, I depend in mail serves for my needs, I have never been so disappointed in the US mail like the Bacliff office. My daughter paid for my box which is outrageous priced, this office forward my supply package to my daughter's address after, then the package was lost. Today it rained my mid size package that didn't fit in roadside box, was thrown by ditch by the street by my driveway. The carrier didn't even leave by gate 5 feet away.

They open when they want, they close whenever they want. Dutch door service is never open on Saturday, but they have signs that they are supposed to be. They shove your packages, irregardless if they fit, into your box destroying whatever product you have ordered. I was told; guaranteed by the gentlemen at the counter; when I opened the PO box that my packages would be in a locker for pick up, but that's only happened 4 times in the years I have been here. My packages are always held behind a counter and now I have no gifts for Christmas that I ordered. I truly am disgusted with this place. People are rude and it seems to be a bother if you ask for anything.

Please make sure your carriers double check the address. My package was delivered to the wrong address. I was lucky I was able to locate it. But with package theft on the rise and the holidays coming this is something that needs more attention.

If our fat mail lady would quit pretending she wasn’t 4 hours late to her job and not run over squirrels and small children and actually deliver mail… maybe I wouldn’t spend half my week arguing about the fact that I don’t receive my bills and paying fees for bills I don’t receive.

I've lived in this area for many years and have always found the Bacliff Post Office to be clean, friendly and efficient. The staff is always knowledgeable and more than helpful. Giving them a shout out!
