My husband and I were very disappointed in the way we were treated by Mark the sales person . Our intention were to go and buy a vehicle same day for our situation. We took a trip two times . To test drive a couple vehicles, asked to go full in on a deal . Salesman shook our hand, and told us he would get something together , and had us leave to wait for a call . We have bought many cars and never left to proceed with a deal . But we left and waited a whole day not hearing anything. 5 min before closing we were told another employee wasn't there and would have to look at our finances on Monday . He could have been upfront with us , from the beginning. Thankfully we found business else where and walked out same day with a vehicle we needed .

The waiting area is always very clean and the staff is very friendly and efficient. I am thankful for how quickly they are able to get my car finished any time it needs service. I also asked them to check my brakes this time after they had already started changing my oil, and they did and gave me exact measurements of the amount of brake pads left on my vehicle. They really take care of their customers!

I want to give a review on the service I received from Hanner Chevrolet. I bought a new vehicle recently and the service was outstanding. Dustin was my salesman. He was always quick to respond to all my questions or concerns. I always felt he had my best interest first. I also was very pleased with the contact I had with other employees. They were very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle please talk to Dustin at Hanner first. I promise he will take great care of you.

Best dealership around! Mark Harris was our salesman, super friendly and got us a great deal on our truck. Ron Morton was our finance manager and was down to earth and honest with us. Hands down best dealership I’ve been to.

I was on a business trip from Denton to Midland when a very scary warning message came on. Matt Rimer in the Service Department got me in, diagnosed the problem, ordered the appropriate part, and had me out in a reasonable amount of time at a very reasonable cost. This could have had a very different outcome if not for him and the whole Hanner family. Thanks to Christen at Hanner RV for the referral as well. So grateful!!
