We picked up our new travel trailer today working with Keri, Lance, and Lisa. From the minute we stepped on the lot we were treated like family. Keri was unspeakably fantastic as she graciously walked us through preowned and new models of trailers meeting our requirements.
We brought our new puppy and two young kids to shop with us and they were included in every part of the buying process. Keri even went the extra mile and included puppy snacks in our buyers kit. She is a true gem on the Hanner team!!!!
Lance was outstanding when we got to the financing stage. We don’t have to haggle or talk in circles. The process, financing and negotiations were incredibly straightforward and I wouldn’t change a thing about how things shaped up. Hanner RV is truly THE destination to plan your next getaway in a trailer. Thanks for a wonderful experience, Hanner team!

We went to Hanner in our search for a small RV for me and my wife. We were met immediately by Walt and after speaking with him, we knew right away that he was who we wanted to work with. We found our perfect camper in a 2022 Minnie Winnebago. The 2 men that showed us around our new camper were wonderful. They completely showed us everything we needed to know about our new RV and were very thorough and professional. We received it completely clean, looked like it was brand new. It was a wonderful experience all the way through. Thank you Hanner RV.

I purchase a used rv from them ,it took 8 days to pick it up , when I did the final connection the w/c had a leak the water heater lines leak they didn't check if there was any other issues with the rv .
After calling them and mentioning the issues they sent someone to fix those problems but definitely not recommend this place at all

Wow! I went out to just look at a trailer, today. John Brown was my salesman. I have to say that I was prepared for “high pressure” sales moves. I got none of that, and was completely impressed with these folks. So impressed that I came home and looked up reviews, to see if other people had similar great experiences, there. Apparently they had! I’ll say this, they are doin’ it right, out there! If and when I buy a trailer, it will be from them! Thanks John, for a great experience!
