I went here 20 min before they closed to get one part for $4.99 that was in stock I looked it up before and another store confirmed they would have it in stock. Got there said they didn't have it I asked them to double check . Finally found one got me rung up and tried to charge me $30 for it. Was obviously pissed and said never mind and left. I got home ordered the $4.99 part I wanted from a different advanced store.Tell me why it was the same exact one you guys tried to sell me for $30?! When it was $4.99 this whole time. Would not recommend this store go to any other advanced auto in dallas

Ethan is awesome! Telephone etiquette was refreshing. Nowadays good customer service is so hard to come by. Not with this guy. Ethan listen to my concern and addressed in a very professional manner. He made my problem his problem. Together we solved the problem regarding my battery on my Mercedes s65 AMG. I told him I would be in the next day to pick and when I did he was at lunch. However is co-worker( Alex ) in the commercial department stepped right in his place and got me taken care of. It was a great experience and I truly felt like a valued customer! F.Mathis

I come here to drop off something for UPS they tell me that they can't take it because it looks like it's over 10 lb but when I go to any other location they never said anything like that they just didn't want to take it because they're lazy.

Is says they open At 7:30am on Saturdays it's 9:30am now and employees in don't open That's why I stick to autozone.
