I have been fixing my cell phone for a week, I changed my number because my cell phone was damaged and I asked for it to be put together with my husband's line and it wasn't like that, they put it on a separate line, I spent 2 months paying for 3 numbers when I was only using 1 because the others didn't work for me, I have been fixing my cell phone for a week, every day I come and they always say that the system doesn't work that it can't be fixed, one excuse after another, I have no choice but to change my number and buy another one chip but now they told me that they don't have a chip, they told me that they would arrive today, I came and they told me that they don't have that they will arrive tomorrow or until Saturday, I have a whole month without signal and the payment I made was free because they didn't give me The signal came, and I have been coming day after day for a week to fix this problem and they don't fix it, every day with a new, lousy excuse.
