the worst experience of my life i am the owner of the company, i expended a check in the name of my brother, i went to deposit one and wait in the car, they sent me to call to present my identification with the excuse that my brother was suspected of fraud, they asked me to sign the check next to it, and i told them it was madness. i have more than 7 workers. anything like this has never happened. in the end the manager talked to me was not the best experience. before one of my clients leaving that branch was assaulted, we made the complaint and the excuse was i did not have the cameras turned on. poor customer service.

If I could give this place zero stars I would . They don't even deserve to be open. We have business account Denise m Thomas branch manger Vice President couldn't do our deposit since we had $20 in Quarters. We needed to have rolled up! So we asked if they could help us out since they didn't have rolls either this one time said no. Can someone explain to us how this fair to business accounts or to any customer. We have Wells Fargo and city credit union and they don't put up excuses. To me there all lazy at this branch !!! Her end excusa was couldn't help me me because I said this was bull*****. That was her end excuse

Chase used to be a good bank but they have gotten rid of most tellers, off site ATMs and customer service obviously isn't a priority to them any longer.

8 people working here but only one st the window. Been standing in line half an hour with probably at least 20 minutes to go. Awful customer service.

I am literally perplexed as to why the rudeness from this banker we specified that last time we came she was not able to help us what so ever because she didn't know the answer to our very confusing problem regarding our account information. Well because she was the only one available the second time around I asked to be attended by another banker but he was booked for the day....I agree to be seen by her and as soon as I sit she started telling me if I was sure I wanted to be seen by her since I didn't like the way she wasn't able to help us the first time that's she not trying to impose her self on me....I mean I agreed to be seen by her in the first place why feel the need to throw that out there to let me know she know I was not pleased with her work the first time around.. .Or just to flat out be rude to me... I feel so disrespected.
