Great service and finally a banking staff that is helpful and knowledgeable. We came here from the location on Cartwright because they were clueless and lazy there. They helped us set up an appointment with a personal banker to re-establish our teen’s bank account correct as a teen and not a child account so she can receive her government funds direct into her account.Thank God there is still good customer service in banking and it is definitely practiced at this Chase location.

Currently, the card reader to access the indoor ATM after hour is not working, so you have to wait in line for the one ATM lane outside. Hopefully, this issue gets resolved soon so can add more stars.

This bank never ever has both atm machines working or the one inside has no access too, the line after 5 is always all around the building it’s horrible waste of time just drive the extra time to Cartwright location

After 2 attempts appt setups at other chase branches I finally got assistance at the Chase on Lake June Rd, Balch Springs location. Big shout out to Mrs. Carmen (banker) who assisted me this morning. Though I went in for notary assistance, I was helped by opening a new checking account and savings accounts. I'm a tax preparer and help people with their taxes. Mrs. Carmen provided me with the service I like to give to my clients. She took the time to educate me on new accounts, saving accounts and minor accounts. She will make sure all your questions are answered. I felt confident and cared for. Thank you Mrs. Carmen, your customer service is exactly what I expected. Great Service!

I went to this bank and I asked for a temporary card since my original card got lost they informed me that they don’t do temporary cards anymore but than the system says they are available what type of information are they giving.

I went to drive thru and I requested fives and one's when I opened my envelope, the money was facing every which way. ? maybe it's only my preference, or a pet peeve but I've worked in many places. Specifically handling cash and basics of training is for the money to face the same direction.

I usually don't post any reviews but Jonathan Alvizo at chase is awesome , we open a checking ans savings account he was very helpful and answered all of out questions and even after almost 2 weeks from opening the account he called today for a follow-up to make sure we are happy and all set with our new cards ? .... Chase you got a great banker . Big ?? to Jonathan and his great customer service ?.

I arrived here and was greeted immediately. I worked with Sid and he was very knowledgeable and respectful. The whole experience was very pleasant and would definitly come back to this Chase location.

the worst experience of my life i am the owner of the company, i expended a check in the name of my brother, i went to deposit one and wait in the car, they sent me to call to present my identification with the excuse that my brother was suspected of fraud, they asked me to sign the check next to it, and i told them it was madness. i have more than 7 workers. anything like this has never happened. in the end the manager talked to me was not the best experience. before one of my clients leaving that branch was assaulted, we made the complaint and the excuse was i did not have the cameras turned on. poor customer service.
