Had a great experience with the ladies at the office. Not only are they knowledgeable,friendly and experienced they are also full of laughter. Never a dull moment with those two ladies. Stop by and ask for Cindy and Rachel. I promise you won't regret it.

Balch Springs Cubesmart is the place to rent from. The girls in the office are on point. Every time I have been in the office I leave with a smile. Would give 10 stars if possible.

I was welcomed as I walked in to see about storage. Preparing to move soon and Cindy was on top of her stuff welcoming me and all my questions. I saw her passion for her Job and will be choosing that storage for my beloved belongings.

Horrible location, after a week my unit was broken into, no working cameras inside building to see who is doing this cause they say this building is always broken into.
One working ac unit and I’m paying for both of them to work.
Go somewhere else save yourself a headache
