So now CVS is asking customer to leave a number and someone will call you back..You can't actually talk to someone..CVS should be ashamed..I guess customer service is not a priority

Worst CVS I've ever been to. If you're in the Mesquite/ Balch Springs area SKIP this location and go somewhere else.
There is never anyone to help you get cabinets unlocked.
Their camera was stolen so they can't do any photos or passport photos. Most of their photo equipment is broken and you can tell just by standing at the counter.

PHARMACY-HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! STAFF DOES NOT COMMUNICATE WITH EACH OTHER AT ALL! A PHARMACY TECH SHOULD KNOW WHAT MEDICINE WAS PRESCRIBED FROM THE DOCTOR INSTEAD OF ASKING ME WHAT MEDICATION I HAVE AND HOW MANY MG THE MEDICINE SHOULD HAVE, THERE IS A REASON WHY THE PRESCRIPTION HAS THAT INFORMATION FOR THE PHARMACY TO FILL, NOT FOR THE PHARMACY TO ASK THE CLIENT. THAT JUST SCARES THE PATIENT TAKING THE MEDICATION BECAUSE NOW THEY ARE UNSURE OF WHAT WAS ORIGINALLY PRESCRIBED AND WHAT THEY SHOULD BE TAKING. STAFF DOES NOT LISTEN CLOSELY AND ARE RUDE AND UNWILLING TO HELP. IF THE TECH DID NOT UNDERSTANDS FULL NAME, THEY HAVE TO BE ABLE TO PULL IT WITH DOB. IT IS RIDICULOUS THAT WE HAVE TO BE DOING THE WORK FOR THEM WHEN THEY ARE THE ONES WORKING BEHIND THE COUNTER. HOW CAN SOMEONE FEEL ANY KIND OF COMFORT WHEN THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I CANT EVEN GIVE YOU ALL 1 STAR, BUT I HAD TO IN ORDER TO POST THIS REVIEW, THAT IS SAD, AND THE FACT THAT NO ONE CARES ABOUT THIS AND MAANGEMENT WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT (BECAUSE THEY NEVER DO) IS EVEN SADDER....WHAT KIND OF WORLD IS THIS BECOMING???

Went in today as a walk-in for a Flu vaccine the pharmacy technician said they were closed for lunch to come back at 2pm. We came back exactly at 2:08 checked in was told to have a seat and would call our name. The tech came to us 30 mins after asking for our information again name and dob. Still waited another 20 mins, I went to ask how much longer and he said a few more mins. Waited 10 mins and we left. Grant there was no one else there for vaccinations but us and waited an hour.

Depends on what you kind of help you need. Some of the people in the Pharmacy are very rude to the customers.
