took my car there for a alignment. they told me my car doesn't have camber adjustment when i know it does. completely walked away from me before discussing price took my car to the back without telling me and did the work and expected me to pay for it when they didn't even do a full alignment. use to be a really good place seems like it has changed owners and now is not any good. would not go here.

Refrain from conducting business with this establishment. I visited on February 17, 2024, to have brand-new struts installed in my vehicle, which I had purchased with a warranty through Auto zone. However, the struts they claimed to have replaced have been squeaking since then. Additionally, they informed me that they had repaired my alignment and steering wheel, which has been crooked since February 17, 2024.
In summary, I require my struts to be replaced, as the parts they installed were not the correct ones. The struts in question are a Pacific brand called Sensen, which is a Japanese car manufacturer. Sensen struts are distinguished by their unique chrome color, which makes them easily identifiable. However, my parts are still black and do not have the chrome finish they should have.
This establishment has deceived me, and I am confident that they have scammed many other customers. They will claim to have repaired parts but cannot provide any evidence of their work. Furthermore, they have kept the original parts and replaced them with inferior ones, leaving me with the same problem as before.
As a result of this deception, I intend to pursue legal action against this establishment for falsely claiming to have made repairs with parts I purchased and brought to them for installation.

Took my lowered truck here to get an alignment ! Was quoted one price on the phone then another price when I got there. Went ahead and got it done since I was already there. Went to pick up and the price went up again, I paid since they did the work! Drove home the next morning….truck now pulls to the right and steering wheel is off center! Called them back and was told it was really a $250 job since the truck was lowered and they have never done a lowered truck!?!? Was told to bring it back….. When I asked if they knew what they were doing on it before the work began I was told by one of the “mechanics” oh yeah we’ve done a million of them!!!! I’ll take it to a true alignment shop like I should have from the start that charges $100 all day long and get it done over but right! Lesson learned!

took my new tires to get replaced, they ended scuffing up all 4 of my rims, can't be trusted to do a proper job. payed for an alignment doesn't seem they did that as well steering wheel goes sideways on the freeway right as i left the shop. wouldn't recommend going there !

Great people with great service. I had a lot of work completed such as control arms, tie rods, ball joints, alignment, and other things including tire. They made sure to take care of me and were very reasonable. Definitely recommend.

Great experience. I had to leave my car for front end work yesterday. The guy explained exactly what was wrong with my car and showed me everything I needed. I was told it would be done by 3-4 , but I was shocked when he called by 2 to let me know it was ready to be picked up. Big thank you to the guy that was working at the front for giving me and my son a ride home while they worked on my car since it would be a few hours. Definitely recommend this place all around great experience.
