I drove here to use the laundry and arrived at 10:25, they doors were already locked. I came out of my way and made a special trip to use the facilities, when I could have gone elsewhere closer. The information provided on the Google system, says you close at 11:00pm, I was not expecting for the doors to be locked more than 30mins before closing.

this place is horrible went to wash my clothes and the lady had told me the containers where you put them detergent where filled up just when I had put my clothes and money how ridiculous this is I had to get all my clothes out I wasted money I left never coming back here get better personal that explains

Very clean laundromat! I usually go at night. And there's a 7-11 right there by it to get something. They keep the machines in order and they have HOT dryers!

This place was a rip off. One washer $4.50, but it wouldn't recognize money going in, cost me $6.50?. 2nd washer $4.50, stopped, asked for help and lady acted like I cheated her????

Today will be my last time coming here after a few good visits but today, the washer gave me a problem and took my quarters $4 and attendant only refunded me half even after seeing that something was clearly wrong with the washing machine. She could've offered to provide detergent to fill up another washer at least cause I had to move my clothes. I ended up having to buy more detergent from her and I told her that I will not be coming back.Customer service is poor here.

I had such an awesome time at this Laundromat! The machines were super clean and worked like a charm. Plus, they have stores, so I could grab ice cream or food while waiting for my laundry. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful too! They even provided detergent and dryer sheets, which was a major bonus. The prices were totally affordable! Overall, I highly recommend Express Laundry Center for a top-notch laundry experience!

Very bad customer service, I don't know why in all the Laundries the cleaning employees think they are the owners. The cleaning lady from the beginning was only walking behind me as if I was going to steal something, I started to dry my clothes and apparently there was a sign that was "off, no service" but when I put my clothes there was no sign then She approaches and tells me that if my clothes are burned, my responsibility when I put my clothes to dry was not there ?.The good thing was my clothes weren't burned ??

The woman that works there is not so nice to customers! FIRST TIME there, I made a mistake and she did not want to give me my money back to use a different dryer! Plus, you get 8 mins. per quarter, ridiculous!!!! ? NOT ever going there again!!! ??
