Horrible pharmacy transfer experience. Was told the Walgreens down the street could fill my prescription within 30 min. 3 hours later I’m still working to get the prescription transferred. Horrible experience. Care now sucks. Walgreens sucks.

I called ahead of time and asked if they give cortisone shots and was told that they do and was told the price only to be told that they don't offer it there when I got there. SMH!!! I will never ever come back here. It makes sense now as to why they have so many low and bad reviews.

This place Was very Clean,fast in receiving us.A big plus being bilingual. .After filling out forms the wait was not long before they call ur name.I'm so happy with the service and advice Given!Recomend to every one.A wonderful place to go.Spread the word. I will.

They don't overbook, so you arrive for your appointment and get seen quickly. The staff were really kind and efficient. I can't think of anything that could have been done better to make this clinic visit more pleasant.

Third time's the charm I guess. I went there twice with my son and received excellent care and customer service both times. I recommended to my husband and his experience was terrible. Front desk staff insisted that they could not see him unless he paid his individual deductible; however, our family deductible has already been met for the year. Despite seeing that our family deductible was met, they told him they don't go by that - they go by the individual deductible....excuse me?! That isn't how insurance works. Yes, there is an individual deductible and had the family deductible NOT been met for the year, that would be appropriate to collect but once the family deductible is met - it's met for the "family." Once the deductible is met, then insurance pays a percentage and the member pays a percentage. We would have gladly paid our coinsurance. Very disappointed by this experience. I will not be taking my family back to this facility or recommending to anyone else.

Front desk was rude and does not understand how insurance works. My son has met his out of pocket for the year and she was insisting I had to pay the copay for Urgent Care even though his OOP had already been met for this year.

This is a facility that lies to collect money up front. They do NOT accept Medicare or Medicaid. Perfect example of where healthcare is going these days. You need money and they won’t fool with Medicare.

Front office and ancillary staff were great , with exception of being reluctant to give me providers full name.The nurse practitioner who was on duty today, Carolyn Anderson, treated a student of mine (a minor). She was extemely rude and berating to him. She didn't do an exam on him, didn't let him speak and raised her voice to him several times including telling him to quit his sport. When I went to advocate for my student (with his parent's permission) , the nurse practitioner opened the door and began trying to explain herself, didn't allow me to even introduce myself. She consistently didn't let me finish my sentences and again....kept trying to explain her behavior. How can you try and explain a lack of compassion and empathy?! I was essentially talking to a wall. She finally gave my student a different prescription and walked out of the room. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. I will be following up with their corporate office and will file a formal complaint with the board of nursing.

I've tried this place twice and both times were terrible. The receptionist was very very rude yelling at a person in the lobby that ended up causing them to walk out. She could not hand me my id and insurance card she pointed and said there they are. I get to the back and the lady taking my vitals cuts me off when I try to explain what was wrong. The RN came and checked on me and was just trying to get me out. That's how it felt the entire time, like I was bothering them. I walked out and will not be back. This has only happened at the location on lake June

I went here a few days ago and it was not the greatest experience. The receptionist was not friendly at all she seemed to be sick wearing a mask but it was not fully covering anything. The person who did the drug testing was late coming into work. I made the appointment the day before but of course the receptionist tells me she doesn’t see an appointment. I have been in the past for an urgent care visit and vowed to never return. I only went because I had to go there! I hate this place. Highly unrecommended!

Staff very pleasant...No wait time which was great..NOT IMPRESSED WITH PHYSICIAN...SHE WALKED IN ROOM ,DID NOT IDENTIFY HERSELF ! PHYSICIAN DIDN'T SEEM VERY ATTENTIVE, OR VERY INFORMED ABOUT ME.BEEN TO THIS CLINIC BEFORE REALLY LIKED IT ?!!! THIS PHYSICIA N. NEEDS TO GO !!!!

I had an appointment for me and my children, Staff literally let everyone arriving go first. My children where very sick and we waited 2 hours to be let in. It was ridiculous. When I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor to complain she told me she was not there ( of course ) The Doctors are great its just the front office staff that will catch an attitude every now and then

Change the name to slow med care. This place is not fast or urgent. They now do everything by appointment which completely rules out accidents so this is no longer an urgent care. The emergency room is faster if you walk in. Everyone with an appointment bumps you so you will never be seen
