The coin Counting machine is so old that it keeps getting stuck unless You put the coins in one at a time. Like, what's the point of having a coin counting machine, If you have to put them in one at a time?
So, There were people there waiting behind me and it was taking forever because I was having to put the coins in one at a time. Because it kept getting stuck and then I have to go get a representative to come over and open the machine up each time, and service it when the coins would get stuck. And it happened 3 different times and of course, there was somebody waiting right behind me, Breathing down my neck.
And the space is really crowded, so there's not a lot of room to move.
So I had to basically just take the rest of my coins and then go over to the coinstar machine at krogir, which was a rip-off. Because they charge you to count your coins. So I was really mad about that and upset as a customer of first convenience bank, Because I think that they should offer a way for me to count my coins without being charged up the wazzu.
And I was just really upset and disappointed about the inconvenience.
But what are you gonna do when you live in Southeast Dallas, you just can't expect much i guess.
