The fact that I keep wanting to change my coins and is always out of service. I also wanted to deposit some money and the line was freaking long!!! I had to go to a coin star and get charged 12 dollars. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!

Today will be the last time I come to this location and use their coin machine. Their machine for my transaction was over $8 less then what my coin counting machine at home counted.

They will walk up to you in walmart and offer a bank account. i needed an additional so i agreed. they have my name incorrect and no number on file so no way to set up online banking. I’m not about to stand in that long line, but have to so I can cancel.

female clerks are just talking to each other.in a bad mood to help customers.after 6 years with and account here just to deposit a check fromIRS of $470 with my picture on the debit card.she act like she is asking me for more id tax stuff and calling placesto verify the check very rude person.will close my account soon due to this.

This is the worst expiernece i have ever had with a bank. Arlene never let me know when i applied for a CC that i was being deducted the amount from bank plus i was told i was denied and to call a 1800 #- 3 week later i go into my account and im negative due to a CC being opened under my name. When i went to the office at Walmart off 635 and Lake June i asked to speak with a mananger and she told me she was the one in charge and wasnt able to speak with anyone. I told her my issue she seemed like she didnt even care. Then told me i have to get a loan in order to pay for my negative balance even THOUGH I MENTIONED I BELIEVE ITS INCORRECT maybe even fraud because i never call the 1800 number not authrorized this transaction. She told me to wait and it would be a 15 min wait......... 2 hours later im still sitting there wondering what happened well she went to lunch (thats what the teller told me) i said i had to get to work (she did mention i didnt have to wait there that i could come back) when i left she called me and said i needed to be there to get on the phone!!! I am so furious due to the fact i am now negative in my account and didnt even get offered a removal of the $34 fee even though i just deposited $250 the day before. You all have to do better than this. if you see a customer livit about a transaction you should put your customer first NOT GO TO LUNCH, NOT GO INTO YOUR OFFICE AND SIT FOR over 1 hour....NOT TELL THE CUSTOMER THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO..but give me a phone number which i have been on hold over 2 hours becuase she said i have to get a loan!! ITS WASNT MY PROBLEM to begin with. THIs is the worst bank and customer service i ever received!! i would give you 0 stars but i have to give 1 to post my review especially for your 2 reps you have on LAKE JUNE AND 635 in BALCH SPRINGS wouldvent even give me a branch manager name.

I love this bank, they know what they are doing , sometimes the line is big but it’s understandable they have a lot of customers . I love this bank and will never change banks!

the service in the bank is really slow, there are three people to help and a line of more than 10 clients and none of them do anything, they serve a client every 10 minutes
