Went to Home Depot yesterday w/my husband and father to purchase a washer, CLEVELAND, attended us and helped us through everything. Helped my father renew his home depot credit card and assisted my husband in getting approved for one too! I must say, all the times I've been there never have been helped by an associate like Cleveland. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, PATIENT, FRIENDLY AND CAN GO ON! If you're ever at Home Depot on Elam and need assistance in the appliance section, ask for CLEVELAND, you won't be disappointed. THANK YOU CLEVELAND!!

I went to buy a stove, but when I bought it they told me that they didn't have it but they were going to send it to me by mail, they told me the date of June 9 and I am still waiting for it. I went to complain about my order and they told me that it will be list until July 30 is not fair

I feel like certain employees get upset that you ask for help and it’s noticeable in their face. HOWEVER today was a different experience Belinda was so so sweet and went above and beyond to help me find some things. Seriously she’s such a gentle soul God bless you Belinda if you read this.

Bad customer service ! The wait is too long for just to be able to get something from top shelf! They called workers more than 3 times and nobody showed up! We waited for more than 30 mins!! To get attended. Don’t recommend will never come here again!

This store is so unorganized,and never seems to have items in stock and if they are in stock they have to be pulled from above the top shelf so you have to wait while someone comes and gets it down. If people would just do their job and keep the shelves stocked it would help. I went specifically to get keys made and the machine was broken. This resulted in me having to drive across town to another Home Depot. I usually try to avoid this place.

This store had everything that is needed for shrinkage, just one problem with the staff, I was waiting an hour for them to assist me in the wood area, very bad example, they should be replaced as soon as possible since yesterday And hey, I bought 3,000 dollars of wood for a fence and they didn't take care of me as they should, thanks and I hope they do something about that problem.
