“Good morning!I have been a spectrum customer for quite a while and this morning I visited your location in Mesquite Texas on Town East Blvd. I was warmly greeted by management and especially by Maria Garcia. The purpose of my trip was to switch to Spectrum mobile which Maria did successfully, and also to add a DVR to my present configuration.Maria Garcia was quite professional and in fact, remembered the time two years ago when I left my wallet and cash in your store. Three hours after leaving it I returned to find everything intact. Pretty awesome.More importantly, I think Spectrum should be proud to have an employee like Maria Garcia on board.
