“I am not very good with electronics as I am older. I had just gotten out of the hospital from a Heart Attack and I was SO STRESSED OUT. My cell phone was having problems where I was unable to call, text, email. I went to the Firewheel Store and SONNY was the representative that helped me. His knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. He took care of me like one of my daughter's would as far as being very kind, caring, very calm and just plain AMAZING!! All the stress I was having completely left my body.He was able to transfer everything to another phone I had so I was able to have a phone over the weekend. My new phone came in today and he was there when I walked in the door. He transfered everything to the new phone in no time at all.
