“The guy who helped us when opening my plan was super helpful and knowledgeable when looking at each of the plans. He shared tips and tricks that had helped other clients in the past and to get the best deal possible. He didn’t give added pressure to try and establish additional features on our account and allowed us to make the decisions on what we needed.
However when returning back the next day to upgrade my husband’s phone, it was an entirely different experience. Nobody knew what they were doing, nobody greeted us, and they were trying to overcharge us for the phone upgrade. We ended up just walking out and handling on a different day.
I can say that depending on who you chat with there can really change the experience. I’m giving a 5 star just because of the guy who helped me specifically. He was great!”
