This branch has the best customer service you could ask for. The energy and the atmosphere is great. It’s nice to be acknowledged and greeted when you walk-in the door. The lobby is always clean and smells good.

The motor bank is so slow. Every time we come here it's at least 45 minutes. Like now I am literally the only person here I have been sitting here 10 minutes and there are 2 people I can see working. I have not been acknowledged. I sent my deposit already, they have not even picked it up yet. I'm sure they have other work to do but dang, I'm waiting here just to be ignored. Every single time. I hate coming to this branch. I wouldn't if I had a choice.

One of their employees gave out my personal banking information to my son who has been an employee of theirs. My son has had no contact with me for over a year due to his wife's complaints and lies about me. I recently had to sell some property to pay my bills and the bank employee told my son about my selling my property and how much money it was sold for. I do not appreciate that this was done and will be reporting it.

I went to the Balch Springs branch this afternoon with a check from Justice Finance it’s written on Prosperity I had to wait for one thing with there being myself and another customer in the drive thru then I spoke with a male teller he asked if I had an acct. then a female teller asked for my acct. which I didn’t remember I asked if they needed my last four of ssn they said no should be able to look up by my Driver License# came back on the speaker and asked for my ssn sent the chute box w/paper I thought about it for a second so I asked if the check is drawn on Prosperity do I have to have an acct. they said no, so why do you need my ssn at this point a different teller comes on and says “are you going to give it to us or not” rudely then they proceed to tell me we need to have an acct. related to the check you’re cashing she was a black teller after all this they proceed to tell me it was because they need my fingerprint but if you never articulate this how would I know and they didn’t have the fingerprint deal in the chute box they finally find my acct. also so can imagine what would have happened if I didn’t have an acct. some people need to understand that jobs aren’t as plentiful as they used to be you don’t have to be rude because someone is asking a question when you’re asking for information that wasn’t required and neither teller even asked for the name of the business acct. time to look for a different bank the check was a personal check so I called the manager @Justice Finance so he could hear the bogus excuse I asked for the branch manger’s business card of course the black teller says we don’t have one however she did write down the banks # and the Branch Manager’s name. I guess it’s too much to ask to be treated decent

Prosperity Bank is an absolute nightmare to deal with I had an account with legacy before they were bought out by prosperity and I regret it every time that I deal with them
