PLEASE CHECK PRODUCTS BEFORE BUYING!!! I made the mistake of not checking my bottles of shampoo and conditioner and one of them had crust on the bottle and was half empty. While I didn’t check the product before leaving, employees should also check bottles and not just put out used product out in the floor.

Young lady that works at this location Ms Manerva today 11/14/21 time 12:55 she is rude acts like she doesn't want to be there I talked to the mgr I recommend you go to another Sally seams to be alot of people talking about her on here I know it's a worker shortage but sales shouldn't have to suffer because of poor customer service

Worst Sally’s ever! They seriously need to the short black and grey haired Hispanic chick! She’s rude! Has no patience! Not the first time she gives hell. Had a store pick up, had the confirmation email, ID confirmation number everything set! She still wouldn’t give me the items because the email had to be under my name?! It’s my damn email everything In the email corresponds to what’s on the order it my personal email was the issue?! She finds any reason to be so unhelpful! Seriously this Sally’s needs to get rid of her!
