They need to hire more employees. There's a sign “out for lunch, return at 2:15”, disappointing. People need to know other things than to wait for a simple service, yet a necessary and accessible mailing service.

I visited this post office on my lunch break specifically to ask what type of stamps I needed to mail my save the date magnets. The employee weighed them and told me they were 1 oz, but when I asked whether I needed non-machinable stamps (since I had heard conflicting information), she couldn’t give a clear answer. Instead, she read a sign on the wall stating USPS technically doesn’t accept magnets—even fridge magnets—which doesn’t make sense considering how common it is to mail save the date magnets.
When I asked if there was someone else I could speak to, she said she was the only one available. I left without any real guidance, which was frustrating and a waste of my time. I expected more helpful or informed service for a pretty standard mailing question.

I dropped by to ship a package to my little girl, one I'd packed myself. I totally messed it up, using the biggest box ever! 🤣😭 But this woman, Cheri, was a lifesaver; she helped me repack everything and make it look so much better. She's amazing, so patient and helpful – a real sweetheart. I can only talk about my own experience, of course.

I just moved to the area and this is the closest post office to me. The lady working there on Friday afternoon was very welcoming and greeted everyone. It was my first time shipping an item so I had some questions and she was able to answer all of them. In the past I’ve encountered employees that are very rude but the lady here was so sweet and helpful. You can tell she enjoys her job. I will definitely be back.

USPS in this area is so unreliable they deliver my mail to other homes on a regular basis I wonder if they read or not! And always takes two times the amount of time to deliver!

How is it that a package can be delivered so fast from state to state… my package unfortunately ended up at this establishment and I honestly wish I could give y’all zero stars because of the pain and anguish inflicted due to the tardiness of preferred arrival. I don’t even live two cities over AND I ordered from Amazon PRIME. Whyyyy is it delaying for three days at this location??? The weather is perfectly fine! Whoever’s fault this is I wish you nothing but the worst! ❤️

These mail carriers lie about package deliveries. I was supposed to receive a package yesterday and checked the USPS tracking and it said attempted delivery! No mail carrier attempted delivery I have cameras at my door and I work from home. Also, my apartments have package lockers and the lockers are empty so there was no excuse for the delivery EXCEPTION! It’s about to be Christmas stop making our packages or package take longer to receive! These mail carriers have attitude and like to talk to people crazy! Get them some training! Their lazy!

I went up there and had a package mailed out. They charged me and I paid. The guy at the front wasn't paying attention I guess to the address I put on the box. He put my address instead on the sticker and he mailed to me.... idiot... Not only that but the contents inside are broken in the box is damaged.

If I could Give 0 stars I would. I havent Received my mail in a couple days. I have car that doesn’t start close to my mail box. Because my lazy mail carrier doesn’t want to walk two steps to my mailbox . Im now missing important documents. I get Mail some days and then some I dont. This does not make any sense. It takes 3 seconds to get to my mailbox. Stop being lazy and get out the dang truck!

I watched from my home your mailman purposely run over my trash cans where they are not in the way after he left the mail. How unprofessional. You have the worst mail carriers.

When you first walk in this place it looks dirty and horrible… the mail man does not attempt to deliver the packages to your door he lies and says he has which causes us to have to go to the office and get them! The only way he’s going to deliver it is if it’s in a locker or can fit in a box because he’s not walking up no stairs or to anyone’s door… just lazy and pathetic I’ve never seen a usps like this one it’s horrible

This Post Office is pathetic ordered a pkg online track it to my residence Postman would not deliver it because it would not fit in mailbox went to PO argument with clerk because my DL showed the apt office address with my apt number correct and my name on pkg correct so he would not give me my pkg even though I showed my tracking # and ID his supervisor intervene and told him to give me my pkg after a tense argument where I was threatened by the clerk this place is pathetic and need to be reported to postmaster
