“Dr. Charles and Casa Linda Animal Clinic are the best vet practise I have been to in 50 years of having “pet companions.” My seven month old GSD had Congenital Mega Esophageal. “My daughter took my pom-dot in to have her put to sleep. Everyone there was so nice and understanding except one lady, she looks to be in her 50's and had long blonde hair. She was rude. The Dr was very understanding of my dogs contrition and sympathetic to the situation. I would recommend him to anyone.I would also recommend no to talk to that lady unless you want her to beunsympathetic”

“Have been taking my puppies here since I landed in Dallas just over two years ago. Complete CLASS ACT all the way for veterinarian care. Hats off to all of the vet techs and the front desk team. Major shout out to Dr. Campbell...my little guy had an eye infection and he ended up needing surgery. Dr. Campbell reached out personally to an eye surgeon, shared all of boy's details and history and facilitated an immediate appointment. Bubba's eye is saved and he is on his way to healthy sight. “In short: Puggles has been here a few times now! I love them for their compassion and understanding. Not to mention they are all brilliant when it comes to animals. Explanation: Puggles has been a sick boy his whole life. I saved him from a puppy mill so there is no telling all the messed up genics he has. He started acting odd wobbly and had what I thought when I woke up was runs turned out to be brown vomit. I had no idea why it seem to come out of no where. The only thing I can think of is we have kids that walk by my fence daily and they feed him something. When I dropped him off he took a turn for the worst they called to let me know and this had nothing to do with staff. Turns out he had a horrible lung infection from in healing his vomit and when I came to get him.... I honestly didn't think my boy would make it thru the night. They gave me very specific and detailed instructions and gave him medication. I can't explain the fact that they seemed just as worried and concerned that he wouldn't make thru the night as i was but never mentioned it and still kept their calm unlike me a crying mess. That gave me confort. They were fighting for him and not giving up but knew it was really really bad.I followed the instructions to a T and he got better. I am a big quality over quantity of life type of person. And they gave him yet another chance of good healthy life. This is just the latest time they saved him they also saved his eye once. He loves the staff and bonus one of the girls that works there has two pugs so I learned a lot from her. I never take him anywhere eles. These really are the best people and i dont normally trust veterinary clinics but I trust Dr. Norris. Puggles getting a outside playpin with no bottom to potty in today from amazon so he is away from the fence from now on. When it comes to being a pug mom I am still learning. But we have the best team.”
“Dr. Seda is kind, compassionate, and an excellent vet. The entire office staff is great! I have a lab mix that most vets have been visibly scared of. I always felt ashamed. I found Dr. Seda in 2020 and he has never made me feel ashamed about my dog. Also, his prices are great! And if I do say so myself, he is a much better vet.”

“my cat had been bitten by something while outside, his leg was swollen, and he was unable to walk. I called my vet to see if I could get him in, they told me the next opening wasn't four days, said I could take him to an emergency clinic. I called Lancaster. Vet explained what was going on got him worked in, he ended up having a high fever and an abscess that needed to be drained. Everyone in the office was so nice, caring and treated my cat like their own. I have now consider them my primary vet not only Samson but my other animals as well.”

“I struggled looking for a local exotics vet and decided to take my African Grey parrot to Dallas County Veterinary Hospital. The office staff were very friendly and organized. The vet tech was knowledgeable and friendly. Dr Shurtleff is very knowledeable and thorough in history taking and of avian medicine. He took the time to explain things thoroughly. They gave helpful educational handouts and customized instructions for the treatment plan. Unfortunately, they were unsuccessful at drawing the lab work as my parrot was uncooperative! The bill was extremely reasonable. Plan on moving the care of my fur babies to this clinic. Very pleased.”
