“I can’t say enough amazing things about this place. As soon as we decided on surgery for our dog, the animal ER he was at contacted them for emergency surgery. They called us within minutes, went over cost and time for surgery. We were there in an hour and he was getting treated. The doctor took time explaining everything and was so empathetic. He was in the hospital for 6 days and each day we got a call from the doctor with a report on how he was doing. When we picked him up they went over at home care and even offered a complimentary rehab consult which we are going to schedule. They called us to check on him once he was home to see how we were all doing. I’m happy to report that he has shown signs of movement in his tail and back legs!! I would recommend this place to anyone seeking emergency care for their pet!!”

“I went to this facility where Red Bird mall use to be located, to get a dobbler done on a lump I had on my arm due to a nurse poking me with a needle trying to find a good vein. As you walk in the place is super clean. You check in at the front with an individual who looks up your appointment information. They ask you to sit in the waiting are which is a pretty big size area and very comfortable. A nurse came out and I was taken to a nice clean room with a super friendly nurse who did the dobber. The place is great and it's fantastic for the community.”

She's detail oriented and never makes me feel rushed or dismissed or judged. It is clear that she cares about both the animals and their owners. And if she doesn't have an answer for me, she always has a referral to someone else. I plan on moving out of the state next year and will miss Dr. Kim tremendously! She's the best.”

I was a little irritated with my first visit since they told me to stop with her ear treatment before her visit, then her ear closed up, and they couldn't examine it properly.
Each visit after has been really helpful, albeit expensive. Worth it as long as the treatments continue to be effective though!”

“I just brought my cat to Life Animal Care. My cat is my child and what I care about most in this life and you can tell they care here. The vet has a very calm demeanor and was very kind to my cat. I had to leave my cat at the vet for further testing which was both unexpected and very upsetting and he took the time to explain everything they were going to do and let me know the price (which was very fair in my opinion) beforehand. “Visited this clinic today for first time. Took my little 16 year old Havanese in for mostly advice on how to improve his quality of life. I have been taking him to City Vet for the last several years and just got tired of always seeing a different Vet and felling like Murphy was just a $ sign. This was a completely different experience. From reception to Dr Smith, as well as vet tech, I felt like they “saw” my dog and addressed his issues per his individual needs. Been taking him to CityVet and they never recommended any medication to help him w discomfort. Immediately, Dr Smith recommended a prescription and an injection to help him feel better and discussed additional alternatives if needed. I can already see that our little old man feels better. They explain the cost of every single thing they want to do on the spot so you're not shocked by any unexpected costs at the end. They explain everything they're going to do and give the best advice. When my friend had to put down their kitty, the staff treated her with the upmost respect and sympathy. She said they were very sweet and comforting the entire time. If you pick any vet to go to, make it this one. I will never stop praising them for the work they do.”
