Open container after purchase and worms were gone. Half the dirt was gone. Store was messy and disorganized. Tripping hazards everywhere. Very disappointed.

Rude greeters and I saw they were also rude to Hispanic employees that works there and customers and they took 2 mins to give me my receipt back.. no wonder why most Hispanic people don't like black people in Dallas country because we are rude .. not all of us like that .. won't shop at this location again Worst Walmart .. gives black people like myself a bad name

If I could give them a zero, I would. I'm so tired of the associates who won't even try to assist the customers. Again, an item was priced with a sale tag, on the end isle, it rings up incorrectly and the associate refuses to leave from behind the counter to check the tag, not even 100 ft from her. I was also told the automotive department would assist me with sporting goods item, as it was locked in a cabinet, again, the associate insisted its not her department. Advised, we would have to go to the front of the store for assistance. These same two associates have been rude to my husband I, more than once. I'm sure it's our color, as we were not the same race as them and they had no problem being nice to the 2 other guys they rang up. They even tag teamed to assist their 'brothers' , yet we had to get attitude. Of course, the manager won't even pick up the phone when I call and get put on hold, forever! Maybe you should put more money into training your associates I instead of putting more merchandise in your store. Even the remodeling didn't help the store, as you can never get associates to help in most departments. I left a buggy with almost $300 worth of items in the isle. Let's see how long it takes to put it all back.

Primary reason, still advertised EVERYWHERE as a 24 hour store. With the added issue of the local store IVR stating MOST stores are closed at 11PM but having a webpage that, frequently, does not display the correct store. A really awful way to treat your customers.

This is buy far the WORST CUSTOMER CARE I've ever experienced at a Walmart store. I came in attempting to pick up some necessary items on a trip from out of state. The items I needed were behind a locked area (who locks up men's under shirts?! I mean...seriously?!!) and no manager was on duty. I asked for help from no less than five people...one line manager at the front and a lady working in the apparel section. No one had the key. Apparently, the person who normally ha the key had "gone home" for the day and NO ONE was willing or able to take responsibility, get the key, and open the door! I waited for half an hour and after speaking with multiple people, left empty handed. Undershirts were the first on my shopping list of 6 items I needed to get. I didn't bother attempting to pick up anything else. Horrible horrible treatment...ignored, brushed off, treated like I, the customer, wasn't worth their time. I was fully masked and fully compliant with health care measures. The people working here need additional training or a new job.

Went to Walmart automotive dept. on Lake June Rd. and they denied changing the tires that came with my car when I purchased it. I came here the other day and they were about to change my tires no problem. I just didn't have the money to change them in the immediate moment.. I find it ridiculous being that Ive changed my tires with Walmart the past 3 years and never had this happened before.. I was about to go in and purchase more items. But this left a sour taste in my mouth so I declined to even bother with this location. It's raining cats and dogs and their actions now put my immediate safety at risk.. I suggest if u plan on coming here 30 mins or so before they close. I'm sure they will find a excuse to not service you being they want to go home at 6.. Tread lightly with this location my fellow Walmart shoppers.. 12-30-2020
