Nice store, rude manager. Had to wait a bit for him to finish scrolling on his phone before he noticed me at the counter. Needed to drop off some medical tests to be picked up by fedex and he said we can’t take those here, we can only take some packages. When i suggested that they advertise that information somewhere he simply told me to have a nice day and stared at me. Nothing like good old fashioned customer service 😂

This was my first time having documents printed online to pick up at the store. First off, I walked up to the PRINT area, got in line. The lady ask how can she help me, I tell her I’m there to pick up documents I had order for print. She points me to a shelf against the wall and tells me it should be there. With no confirmation, no check of my ID, without me showing her my order email or anything. I just went up and grabbed the document. Mind you these documents had personal information, confirmation number for my flights, where I would be staying, EVERYTHING. I had order these a week ago and they had been ready for a week and I wasn’t able to pick them up til then.
What if someone else had just randomly picked up my item and itinerary? I had no idea that the documents would just lay there unsecured for anyone to just pick up.
Second, every single page had a smudge on it. EVERY SINGLE one. They either don’t check to make sure things printed correctly or they do check and do not care.
Wont be going thru them again.

I ordered a print-job. To save time according to the web-site, I opted to pick up my job at the Online Order Station. After getting a notice that the job was ready, I stopped but it was not at the Online Order Station and there was a very long line, so I left. I stopped by later in the day. My job was still not at the Online Order Station and there was still a very long line. At opening the next morning, I stopped for the third time and my job had been placed at the Online Order Station. Three trips did not save me any time.

I love Office Depot but always try to avoid going to this location. The staff are always super rude and unwelcoming, particularly this one lady who works at the printing/shipping center, she has long, blonde hair and glasses and always seems inconvenienced whenever I need to ship a package out.

Employee wouldn’t honor a coupon that was visibly not expired. I’m a reward member and he clearly had no intention of doing anything to satisfy his customer I guess. Wanted me to just be okay with him saying the coupon wasn’t working. Didn’t have it in me to argue so just payed for my things but then I found the item online cheaper so I returned my purchase before leaving the parking lot.

READ the reviews, employees are rude and careless. I no longer will be using this location, and I wouldn't doubt the people giving them five stars are employees or are families of those employees. PLEASE choose another location because this place can careless about your business.

My wife went here to have copies made and we were treated rudely by the print center worker. If this is the treatment of the print center employees towards the customers, then maybe Office Depot should consider getting new print center employees.

I usually do not write negative reviews but this is the third terrible experience I’ve had with the Print Center. The last 2 projects I’ve submitted were of poor quality, but at least I was refunded.
Just left the center now because the lady running it had me waiting almost 30 minutes with no acknowledgment, no queue, nothing. I get that you close in 1 hour but I intended to drop off my files for pick up. Acting like you didn’t see me in line was not a good way to keep my business.

Don’t shop here they don’t care and they don’t like anybody and they’re not willing to help anybody. I’m gonna give this an honest review. I’m telling you if you’re looking for help if you’re looking for someone to give you great customer service don’t go to the store worst store ever they need to close it
